@@demonspitfire7023he’s not dumb, not all people can afford to buy a heating device that reaches 700 degrees. And he could end up burning the edges of the foil.
Someone commented on a precious video saying aluminum foil has a layer of some chemical that won’t allow it to fuse, I think about that comment every time this series pops up
It'll never fuse because every sheet of foil that you added also has an oxidation layer. Meaning it's not aluminum touching aluminum, it's oxidation touching oxidation, so it'll never fuse no matter how long you do this.
😂 you mad bro? You want him/her to cheer up losers like you who try to diminish them works?! 😂 talk about being self-centered! I'd run away from your negativity too and not respond to your nonsense if it was me 😂😂 get lost kiddo
When aluminum is exposed to air it forms a oxide layer, he would need an argon rich contained environment and also scratching the area of surface of a brick of aluminum would be catastrophically annoying
You need actual industrial equipment like crucibles and a blasting furnace, a hammer wont cut it, since fusing a material like aluminum foil requires removing the oxide layer on top of it, it needs melting. Simple hammers wont cut.

If it won't fuse, This means that the aluminum foil has reached almost the same density point as the iron ingot, because it has a layer that can not be completely fused, unless you force it with a hydraulic press or melt it and cool it in the mold.
dude, you need about 700 Celsius for the layers to melt. heat it up!
That's what I'm thinking. Maybe this guy doesn't know you can melt metal😂
@@demonspitfire7023 you can even burn metal, if its hot enough ^^
@@demonspitfire7023 same

I don't think he's trying to melt it

yep aluminium is so reactive it has a layer of aluminium oxide on the outside
honestly, shockingly enough, watching someone smack aluminum foil with a mallet over and over is oddly relaxing
❤️
@FoilToMetal dude look at the top comment
i'm invested in the foil beating saga ngl

I subscribed because i believe that ingot with be a full solid block in the end
not even your meat mallet can break the strong friendship that aluminium has with oxygen
Bro i really stayed up all night watching these, they’re satisfyin like bro😮💨🤙🏽

Go on man ❤ we believe on you!
keep going!!! don’t listen to others!!
Keep going, don't stress about the end goal, just enjoy the process.
Never give up man
I love it keep up the good work
Bro really has tunnel vision
You should place a wooden or metal plate that pits inside the wooden hole and then hit it with a dead drop hammer or a sledge 😊
you can't just learn because of the oxide film, it appears instantly. and sandpaper is made from this oxide.
Perhaps the backyard scientist can help you with the spalling
waiting for the version with copper
You got this mate! The results are worth the effort! ❤

You gotta sinter it. There are tiny layers of plastic on that thing
Full send dont stop
irado seu trabalho irmao!! fazendo o papel da natureza
Instant sub truly a man of culture
Loving it
Try putting it in a microwave
I didn’t know I needed this
I want to ask why.. but on some level I completely get it.
You need to heat it up to 660 degrees celcius in order to melt the aluminum, so you reach your goal! Keep going! 🤗
я которая просто встала на фальгу:
👁️👄👁️
You need to heat it, like a lot, like at least 300°C i'm guessing
Nice work
That time of day again…
A press would be so much easier.
Maybe try heat it up on 800 C for 2 hours in some box
This makes me happy
maybe try make holes in it and then hit?
Try hydraulic press instead a hammer on next days
Dude, it doesn't make sense, but if you like it, go ahead. I'll be watching you.
practice make perfect 😉👍
Youd probably have to heat it to make the layers fuse
Heat it up W video
Do you know what is an hidraulic prenser
I cant believe the frut guys all died😢
Polish it!
Is your scale 0'ed properly?
so good

Almost there!!!
Bro doesnt understand oxidixation
If you think you can squeeze those air pocket then good luck.
Ngl, i doubted him at first. Now im starting to believe. You earned a sub ❤
❤️🫡
Bro you can do it ❤
It won’t ever work ahah the foil has oxide film that won’t let the layers diffuse
Facts
Don’t tell him, let him waste his time, effort, and foil

just melt it
Never give up. You can do it, you just need more force!
awesome

First wrong numeration its bot day 53.
Second you stole the idea from other creator.
just need some basic metallurgic common sense. this man is stuck in the dark ages.
Put it in a vacuum chamber, maybe it will be cold-welded.
No, it would most likely rip it apart by increasing the relative preasure inside
