I'm guessing they won't crack down at a wedding(unless you got to bribe police and you don'tpay the bribe), but it is mostly to enforce spraying at strip clubs and whatnot because of the social aspect of it. However, I do think it is possible that the local authorities can take advantage of this law and make families pay a sort of bribe in order to allow the festivities to continue. This sort of thing was common in Mexico during the pandemic (no parties were allowed but if you bribed the cops, they wouldn't raid the fiesta)😂😂😂🎉
