I hope very soon everyone understands that developing a product should be accessible to all types of users as a default, but not a special use case. Great work, Heather and Netflix !

Why are captions closed in a video related to accessibility and deafness? At least there could be automatic captions. After all, not everyone watching knows English, right?

I'm working on my Postgraduate Diploma on accessibility for audiovisual material, but in Latinamerica, we don't have much information and less than that, the possibility of research about what we can do. How can I contact you to get advice and, why not, work together for this side of the continent? With all the technology available, can't we improve the way we reach all the audience?
