Only 20 pull ups with 10kg, on a gymnastics bar is pitiful by browney. Since he's been training as long as he has, shows how delusional his followers are. He wouldn't even let slidis showcase his strength because he knows how weak he is. 40 dips with 10kg on dips is basically bodyweight with that little weight too. Browney must have jedi mind power to make his followers think he's strong.
@Daan vdz the comment I replied to seems to imply that the exercises were more difficult for Nile than for Stan because the added weight is comparatively more for him. I'm simply pointing out that bodyweight exercises are easier when you're lighter (someone who weighs 50kg needs less training to be able to do a pull up than someone who weighs 80kg, even if they have a similar fat%, similar amount of muscle etc.). So I think that by adding some weight it actually makes the contest fair. Contrary to what the comment I replied to seems to think.
@@thijsbeentjes4008 that's too general Gymnast although weighing more than the majority of calisthenics athletes can still manage their weight way better due to there not being any dead weight, as in all of it being contractile tissue
I noticed a while back that for that core exercise Nile tends to always hang off the bench around the height of his coccyx, whereas the other people are hanging off just below the curve of their lower backs. Obviously, this extended lever makes the exercise much harder and Nile consistently loses those, even against someone twice his size with a much bigger upper body, like Steve Cook (if I remember correctly). It's very clear in this video as well, despite Stan having his shirt on, you can see where his lower back curve is in relation to the bench compared to Nile's. Nile was trying to beat him while holding the same weight but being probably 15kg lighter and doing that with his hips half off the bench lol. I'm sure he could have done a minute if he placed himself exactly like Browney.
Both Stan and Kieran braced their chin against the plate as well! Nile's head was at full extension meaning he was actually supporting significantly more weight.
OMG my two favourite RUclipsrs, smashing it out. Been following Browney since about 20K so glad to see him getting the recognition and hype. Been following Nile for probably the same number of years as well. So incredible to see them both together!!
This was great, proud to be Dutch as always!!! Nile and the crew, I would love to see a collab with Magnus Mitbø. Magnus has a RUclips channel, he is a climmer 😊
First time viewer. I discovered this video after searching for more Browney content. I’m going to watch a few more of your videos. Hopefully they tell me if you’ve got your own space or if you use a public gym. Probably not the best thing to look for when watching a new channel :)
On the core challenge Stans glutes and lower back look way more down on the bench compared to Niles. It's significantly easier the more surface of your body you have on the bench... Secret cheatcodes haha
I mean I have a broken spine, so could never do it, but even when I had a full working body and fit and sporty I would struggle with that plank for more than 30 seconds
Is this current, from April 2023? Based on Nile’s hair style, might one think that this was filmed prior to Dancing on Ice??? Cool video, but just wondering.
I always cringe watching guys do weighted pull ups/chin ups because of where those chains sit. Such potential for pinching... or worse. Surely thats in every guys mind when they're doing this, too?

Started watching this thinking it might be entertaining but honestly a bit pathetic that these guys made a video of themselves doing this. I'm nowhere near being even a semi pro athlete nor do I follow a program or rate myself being particularly strong but I can definitely do 20pull ups and 30dips with 10kg but wouldn't dare be narcissistic enough to be trying to make RUclips content out of filming myself at these challenges. Respect that he was an Olympian but don't know how he's got 1.5m followers
This was a lot of fun haha!
Thanks for having us 💪
:)
i love your vids stan this was a great video

@@chansesarmstrong4092 let’s see how many you can do “strong guy”
@@chansesarmstrong4092 how many could you do
Nile is a fraction of Stan’s body weight though, so comparatively carrying more weight in each exercise. Kudos to both of you!
Exactly
But bw exercises without added weight are generally easier at lower bw. I think this is fair
@@thijsbeentjes4008 Ofcourse it is, you have less weight right? Or do you mean more weight = more muscle so it would help more than it makes it harder

Dude, would be sick to see Nile vs Magnus Midtbo, as an ex pro rock climber the mans is a machine at this stuff
i was actually thinking about that collab

I noticed the different body positioning also. I wondered if it made a difference as I have never done anything like that in my life before.

Plus the fact that he was laughing and talking the whole time!
Great observation about hip positioning. This makes so much more sense when you see their difference in times.

Magnus in the gym with the squad yes! And then the squad needs to go climbing with him. We need this, it's time!
@@durabelle My thoughts exactly 🤩
After about 3 minutes I was like he sounds dutch, went straight to the comments to see if I could find something about it and yes hahahah
Omds so glad these two made a collab! Love you both! ❤
God Nile, you looked so poorly YET you pulled it out the bag! Amazing video, now subscribed to Stan too 😊

Niles core and torse were much further away from the bench, still impressive from stan nonetheless
great vid Nile greetings from the Netherlands
Love this Collab! Always a fan of the 4 of you.
Changing the game
Keeping it real
I use to be able to knock at like 15 dips with 50lbs dumbbells between my feet at a size of 6"4 275lbs I think that was pretty decent for my size.
Love you nile keep it up ❤❤❤
Your videos always bring lots of smiles
You and Arjen (the guy in the blue shirt haha) are my favourite so Its awesome to see you in the same frame even though im a bit late to the video hah
I love this, so funny perfect watch after a long day haha thanks :)
Nile: "They've never seen me win"
Meanwhile: Nile wins dancing on ice..
Not too sure if it was mentioned but nile was ill 😀
Really, I had no idea 😝
Would be good to do one that's 20% of each person's body weight of the respective competitors. That would be a much more even comp.
Awesome video ❤
Stan is a beast!

Wouldn't have watched this without Browney LOL(good vid)
Looking cut again. Looking good niles
You guys should try and get some circus performers in for a video - Cirque Du Soleil calibre acrobats.
Love this collab but when do we get Ash vs blue shirt guy?
It's nice to see you again whaching from Worcester Worcestershire

I think it was late December / early January.
Nile Wilson is my gymnastics. And you run it.
Why didnt Arjen participate.
That core challenge was ridiculous
I love this crossover 😁
What is that core exercise called? I can't find it anywhere on a Google search. I want to try it.
Merci !
Haha love this collab
please tell me you taught stan a backflip
yoo browney collab 👍🏻👍🏻
Arjen Robben looks different these days 🇳🇱
Nile looking good with the V shape, chest getting toner.
If you had worn a T-shirt you would have lasted longer - it was the cold that did you in. 😂
Always the grey sweatpants😭😭
Stan looks like Gastón from Beauty and the Beast.
3:28 XD

firsttt, love ur content!
What's up youtube how you doin yaa right
tbf, Nile does look a bit unwell still. great content though!
Hmmm... okay. Challenge accepted.
Shup . You know you are all that and a bag of chips. U r the sunshine in my life. Is that 10kg? You did the right thing.
🖤
Did Nile get the jab?
Best crossfit challenges yet. ;)
Where is ashes braces😮?
❤
You could probably turn how many times Nile whines about his flu into a drinking game in this video.
Stans core hold was not legit his back was on the bench....
sheshhhhh hahaha
Stan won pullups in m'y opinion
Nile looks off his tits in this video 🤣💀👀

Uhhhh... Never thought about it until now. I have no idea what you mean, I have no idea how that would pinch me
Dude Niles pull-up form was not good 😂😂
Niall looks thinner, with a straight narrow face and sunken cheeks.
Nileh, doh bloody kill yuhself for a video, mate.
Rest up and let's have a REMATCH! 😁
Nile! GO TO BED. Stop getting everyone else sick and go get some sleep, man.

Nils weren't strict pullups.
And browney pullups are on a steel bar and he's way heavier.
I am not his follower at all btw.
