Here’s my question who is a Transformers character you expected to be in legacy but hasn’t gotten a toy yet for me in no particular order IDW whirl beast wars silverbolt and g1 gears
I’ve wanted to get into legends to scale with masterpiece combiners and titans(like toys metroplex). I think new age would be the route to go as they seem to be the most reputable company.
I still believe that Diecast has its uses, but your sentiment still absolutely rings true. When used smartly, it adjusts a figure's center of weight to balance a figure in spite of something like an intrusive backpack or a topheavy design. However, Diecast simply for the sake of having it is absolutely a bad use of the stuff. It's a tool, and like any tool, it needs to be used correctly to get the best use out of it. You don't use a hammer to pound in a screw, and you don't use Diecast to compensate for Shite plastic.
@@PerspectiveEnd Diecast is not an intrinsically good thing. it must be used smartly in order to get the most good out of it. Zeta Toys Superitron fails to do this because it's using the Diecast to increase the weight and price of the figures, not compensate for its numerous structural flaws or weight issues that it probably wouldn't have without the Diecast. I'm not totally against Diecast, it just needs to be used in a way that justifies its existence, like using metal hips to reinforce the waist of a robot who ends up the torso of a Combiner for example. or metal knees on a figure that has a lot of mass in the legs due to an armor-up gimmick....but these examples would only make sense on Masterpiece-Scale figures, since they tend to be the ones dense enough to justify such design considerations.
Here in case you don’t see my reply on chattabread’s comment about a series where you cover a few figures that look similar in color, body type, etc : to review less interesting figures that wouldn’t usually get a review kinda like the repaints palooza and so you can add another stepping stone for (Possibly) iconic series’s in the future. I got a story about these scams: 1. There’s a different variety of where they act like commenters. But really they aren’t 2. I got one lot these from a that toy guy video just today 3. RUclips won’t do anything about them
I know it’s not for everyone, but these NewAge models killed my desire to collect anything else. They scratch the itch for each character, and as you often reference, they can be the definitive version so someone’s search can end. I watched your Masterpiece Jetfire review, and then I looked at my own NewAge Jetfire, and I know I’m all set :-). Coincidentally, my NewAge Shockwave just arrived 2 days ago 😊. Anyway, thanks as always for the content. I love your channel ❤.
I'm happy to bring you the content, and proud you like it so much. Personally I'm more in love with the MP than the NewAge in this circumstance. Have you ever given MS a try.
@@PerspectiveEnd thank you! I have not tried MagicSquare. I was put off by the criticisms of the plastic quality in many RUclips reviews- you were one of them 😊. The gummy nature of it and lack of paint make them look cheaper, although their molds might be a tad more show-accurate. Since the NewAge hit the spot, I’m sticking with them for scale.
I will now be pointing out Perspective End videos (in his current upload schedule) until I have SS ROTB Scourge. Currently, there's 4 videos until I have SS ROTB Scourge.
Newage is a good legends company out of everything I’ve gotten including the devastator it’s all solid no bad qc and the metallic stuff make brain go brrrr. People complain it’s expensive but it’s high quality materials going into a well sculpted solid figure the budget is well used
Yeah I don't know what people expect. They are a 3P company they have to charge more to make it worth their time just at a base level. And then they are putting in way more quality than hasbro does. Like Double the quality, at least, then lower the volume, and 50 becomes really reasonable.
Ok I just wanted to ask. Perspective, have you seen the gloriousness that is EarthSpark yet? I would ask if you've seen the new leaks/reveals that have popped up in the the last few days, but I know you're probably getting blasted by those questions already, and I didn't want to add onto that immense pile, and decided to ask you something you probably haven't gotten as much. Thanks for taking the time to read this and I hope you have a good day!
I watched the first 4 episodes, but haven't had time to go all the way through it, I will say that what was there really impressed me. Yeah very few have asked me my thoughts on ES. And yes plenty of people asked me if I saw the reveals. I will cover them in hopefully like 2 weeks.

I tend to be the oposite, magic squares plastic always feels a bit cheap to me which impacts a lot of their figures.
@@lavienne680 well true, but I will probably get them both in regular colours
@@Roboshi2007 if it doesn't break like Second Chance Military Commander - I could care less
Sorry it took so long.
I find Newage much better when they work at MP scale.
Here’s my question who is a Transformers character you expected to be in legacy but hasn’t gotten a toy yet for me in no particular order IDW whirl beast wars silverbolt and g1 gears
Bumblebee, Sentinel Prime (Animated), Lugnut, and Crosshairs (AoE)
I didn't expect anything from IDW yet, but I can say that I think we probably should have seen a Tidalwave by now.
Also Armada Red Alert.
I’ve wanted to get into legends to scale with masterpiece combiners and titans(like toys metroplex). I think new age would be the route to go as they seem to be the most reputable company.
newage and iron factory.
Yeah, I'd say that Newage have the best Reputation in the space.
I suppose that's a great way to look at it.
Yes it is a tool, but it is not a positive quality in material format.
Toyworld SCVNGR when?
Uhhh... Never?
I kid I kid. Eventually. I just need to find time for it.
New age version of the seekers are really good
I have one, it's pretty good yeah.
Fuckkkk, I need this lad. I’m a sucker for Shockwaves. Do they have one in the Radioshack colors?
They do have a black one yes.
A company called Trojan Horse put out a figure I think you'd be interested in.
Th-01 Cyclone, AKA Helicopter-Waspinator.
Boyo, I have had that thing on Preorder for literal YEARS at this point.
I agree shipping takes way too long sometimes
Shipping from them can be especially brutal.
I’ve been seeing bb movie Shockwave too often that I’m for some reason confused why his thighs are not *t h i c c*
Sorry
He is a VERY thicc boy in that movie.
Here in case you don’t see my reply on chattabread’s comment about a series where you cover a few figures that look similar in color, body type, etc :
to review less interesting figures that wouldn’t usually get a review kinda like the repaints palooza and so you can add another stepping stone for (Possibly) iconic series’s in the future. Like Thew’s Monthly Megatron, or Diamondbolt’s (hopefully) Anual transformers video. Just to add more options on videos to keep things fresh for both you and the audience
So basically just an excuse to do a bunch of Rapid fire reviews to work through my catalogue a bit.
As always you tell us how high the arms go
They Go AH! We all know this.
endearing
Just like your Sludge.
I got a story about these scams:
1. There’s a different variety of where they act like commenters. But really they aren’t
2. I got one lot these from a that toy guy video just today
3. RUclips won’t do anything about them
I don't know if youtube can do anything about them.
They take like 2 minutes to set up, and then they message about 1000 people in 5 seconds.
Yeah you’re right
No one does Legends scale the way Newage does on the G1 stuff. They paint their figures and their QC is great for the most part.
Yeah, I like Magic Square, but they are FAR better as an MP company than a Legends company.
Newage seems to Dominate Legends scale.
The real question is, do the arms go AHHALLL the way up or just all the way up.
Well I think I answered that in the video.
Bbts has alot of legacy evolution wave 2 figs off preorder btw
They aren't even on Preorder they are in Stock!
2:17 you power down or something? 4:30, Thought I did for a second
No it's just a reference to the Old Arms go AH! version of the Siege Shockwave video.
I love shockwave. Especially the tfp oneeee
The TFP one was a pretty good representation of the character.
@@PerspectiveEnd indeed
Is it in shipping or something?
@@PerspectiveEnd no, but it starts shipping on the 20th, and I will have it on the 22nd.
A bit off topic but i was planning on getting the legacy knockout and was wondering if the RED figures head fits right
I don't know. The head doesn't want to come off my Legacy figure for me to find out.
@@PerspectiveEnd ok
Hey perspective, I have good news! The rise of the beast wheeljack, is getting a redesign.
I have heard this rumor I'm hoping this true.
Great review. Cool figure. Hope ss 86 Shockwave in cartoon accurate colors become a truth.
I hope there's an 86 Shockwave. though I don't know if it will happen, he was BARELY in the movie, though to be fair he was more in it than Snarl.
@@PerspectiveEnd I also hope for voyager Astrotrain.
@@PerspectiveEnd Trust me, it gets better, especially in part 2. Shit gets crazy. Not gonna spoil anything here because I'm not a scumbag, but I will say they take more than a few pages out of IDW 1.0's playbook in certain ways.
