As far as the dancer not dodging the lightning:
No one does; so long as you don’t charge the lightening bolt the enemy will never dodge it, it’s a nice intentional feature of that spell.

There is a relation, Rennala and Rellana are sisters, Rennala is the eldest sister. Rellana left Caria with a detachment of Carian knights because she basically had a crush on Messmer. Day 147 of requesting Age of Mythology - a full playthrough if possible. Not enough people use the literal powers of the dragons in their playthroughs of this game or this DLC, but that's just my opinion as someone who thinks summoning a giant spectral lizard limb to throttle your enemies is rad as balls
