My comment would be a year late but, i still ask this in hope that you will be able to answer the question. And my question is there a weight training program there? Kasi halot lahat ng nakikita ko puro racing, climbing, dancing. May weight training din ba jan like you could bench or use a inclined machine, or you could Dead lift, Barbell row.. Etc.. Or waLa?

You’re literally too late. They’re CLOSED for good but yes, they used to have a good range of equipment for lifting. Weightlifting platforms with olympic barbells, bumper plates, etc. Even partnered with Central Ground CrossFit for a time.
