Good video. Maybe you could put time stamps for the different sleeves. Is it possible to double sleeves the katana sleeves with perfect fit inners or are they too tight?
I use Ultra Pro inners with my Katana Sleeves. They work really well cuz they are slightly smaller. Perfect fits work as well, but you have take a little extra time so it doesnt pop out
I think ultra pro with their shuffle feel is hands down unmatched. I absolutely hate how their quality is so bad with the miscuts. I almost got DQ’d for them. Replaced them with dragon shield which are so thick and hard to shuffle. Because they of that I end up splitting the sleeves while shuffling. Hyper mats generate static when you shuffle and it feels gross. Wish eclipse didn’t feel like you’re shuffling cards already covered in syrup. Really frustrating trying to find something with the shuffle feel of UP and quality of dragon shields.
Yeah. Theres no “perfect” sleeves out there. I think when it comes to any of the companies there are gonna be variances in different batches. My friend would buy multiple packs of sleeves from the same batch. Any gloss sleeve will eventually get sticky but I think the Katanas hold up far better than Hyper Mattes
I'm not 100% sure on the terminology on the sleeves and card sizes just yet, my cards are 85mm × 60mm and was wanted to double sleeve them for collecting, what would be the best fit? Closest I've found so far is 88mm × 63mm. Located in australia, thanks heaps in advance 👍
If you have access to Amazon then the best size sleeves usually have Small or Yugioh Sized on the card packaging. Ultra Pro will show 62mm x 89 on their packaging. If you want an inner sleeves to go along with yugioh sized sleeves I would suggest looking up KMC Mini Perfect. If you want to put sleeves over the yugioh sized ones then any Standard sleeve can do, but looking up Yugioh Oversleeves will fit better
I bought a case of Dragon Shield Perfect Fits that are slightly too large to easily sleeve in Dragon shields or Ultra pros- do you have a slightly more roomy sleeve recommendation for people who use inner sleeves?
I mainly use Ultra Pro Small Inner Sleeves for my decks, but they def can be a little tight on the card. I like them because they fit easily into most if not all sleeves. KMC Mini Perfect is usually everyones go to because there is a little more space at the bottom, but it sometimes is a little loose for my liking

dragon shield is danish and they are not hard to shuffle and they are thick for extra protection to your cards

do you prefer glossy or matte? and why?
I prefer glossy because I like seeing my foil cards a bit more
