Hi there! This message is coming from Cyprus. I can relate to the title of this playlist. Life can be confusing, accompanied with hardships, dilemmas, failures, loneliness, conflicts. But hang in there everybody, soften up your soul, become a better person from within, don't become rigid please, if I see you sometime, show me a reason to reclaim my hope for humanity, be a good person, be kind, smile, relax, help other people, don't be harsh on yourself. Honestly, thank you for this comment. I used to spread the same message of enjoying life and being nice to yourself and everyone you meet, and I've lost that but reading this made me remember how good it feels to do so, and just how much of an impact that you can have on others by being nice to them, again, thank you.
It is really an unexpected pleasure to scroll through the comments and find someone commenting from my own country which I so very miss. Life is an unexpected journey and no matter how much you plan it there will be surprises waiting for you in every corner.

Feel soft green grass on your feet. Feel wind carres your knees and hand. Ruffling your hair. Sunshine warming up your face and shine in above through the clouds which are softly drifting through the sky carried by wind. You stand on top of a hill looking at distant horizon at which blue, sun lit sky and glistening, green hills meet. You breathe in deeply the fresh, cool, refreshing air and breath out while simutaniously relaxing every muscle from toes to your forehead. You feel so light, easy and carefree. You take in the sights and sounds and replace all your everyday worries with this serene blissful moment. Time stands still for you know. You wonder how you struggled in your head so much when all you can feel now is safe and warm embrace of existence in the moment. You smile without noticing and your eyes get watery. Deep inside you, courage and hope filled with faith arise from deep corners of your heart. You feel confident in yourself and the future. The wind dries your eyes again and the warm sun on your skin gives you goosebumps. You never enjoyed simple sights and quiet moments in life as much as now. You breath in deep, deep and exhale the most relaxing and mind clearing breath you ever did.
You start to realise that you Can do this. You have it in you. You always had. With a tear in your eye, a warm smile and warm wind in your hair you make yourself a promise. You will take this journey in all it brings. Embracing the treasures of it and holding thight through the storms. Bringing empathy and joy to yourself and others. Remembering the good and having faith in the future and yourself. Being hard on yourself, making mistakes, taking time to get better, forgetting, hurting, it's all human but it is all worth going through. We will preveil and live in life's full joy with our loved ones. For souls and true love are eternal. Nothing, absolutely nothing can overcome it.
It often feels like the pathways are too harsh to thread but worry not. You have the strength in you.
You my friend are far more precious and loved then you could ever imagine. Take it slow, carefully, taking care of others and yourself so to ease the cloudy days and stormy nights. All of this is what I felt when I watched the rain of shooting stars, and put an end to my depression. I still struggle today, but I'm thankful to you, kind stranger, for reminding me how far I've come and how much I managed in a year. For reminding me the very first genuine and immaculate feelings I had in a long time. Thank you 💛 I also understand that I'm far from being alone. I was listening to some uplifting post rock and felt like writing down what was going on in my head. I too still suck at this life thing but I'm glad for that day when post rock touched me and started this story in my head. Was also a big stepping stone for me. Glad it reminded you of similar moment too.

Being alive should be precious enough to keep us going on. But sometimes being alive is much more like feeling trapped. You know that others have worst situation than yours, But that doesn't makes any better.
Thank you for this great compilations you make for this sad times, Yow will never be get credited enough. These past months I've been more into Depressive Black Metal mood, but I'll try to comment here more often, because Post-Rock is still sad enough for me.

At the end of the day if you listen to Post-rock then you know that you are not on the next level but those levels don't matter to you anymore. It's been such a stressful time for me. I have 4 courses worth of work to do, a massive work event next week I'm involved in planning, and if that wasn't enough, I can barely find the time for any of it because I've been helping with and attending my grandmother's funeral all weekend and I've made commitments to so many friends who depend on me. It's all so much to bear. But these compilations have been making the load a little more bearable, so thank you.

It's not because it's over that it's over yet, things end and its okay for them too, it sucks though. Life is full of inconvenience, but its worth it, sometimes. Sometimes not, you live with it. But the good things are worth it, life is messy, nothing is linear or goes the way you want it too. That's okay, too.
Any post rock guitarists out there wanna write together? I'm a multi-instrumentalist and producer based in the UK struggling to find anyone writing stuff like this...
