Hey man have a question I need help with. I keep stripping my grub screws on my 800kv hw on my outcast 8s exb 8mm shaft i believe. If I drilled the motor shaft and used a limitless grubsvrew where it'd go thru the shaft hole just big enuf to fit the grubpin. Good idea bad idea?

The foams feel soft but makes for an overall coushy tire that forgiving as well with the tall sidewalls. She was definitely ripping that big site up!😍I haven't driven the 8s Kraton since last summer!😱Felt good to blow the dust off her!🤣Yeah the 34/34 is definitely a good combo but not too extreme to overheat. Do you live in a cold climate? I have K8S EXB w/ XLX2 1100Kv combo 29/39, and my xmaxx has MMX8S w/TP Power 990Kv 58x102 36/50 and both cars motors get to 200F pretty quick. They both definitely need fans. Seems you never run fans on your motors and don’t have much of an issue.

I like both tires honestly! These Method rc tires definitely did great! They have a bit more sidewall and more coush than the Mashers but the Mashers are fast and also perform well. Hard toss up!🤣I got a good 20 mins or so hard driving with the HRB's!

I love the looks of Method rc wheels, I have them for my Mojave and got them for my friends 8s outcast. They were good in the beginning but quickly lost their balance. My buddy josh cracked 2 wheels (you bash harder than he does). For how inexpensive they are, they are good but I’d throw them on some better wheels.
Both are great but these are a bit more forgiving with a taller sidewall and the tires are more plush. The Mashers are fast but imo these are better for rougher bigger terrain! Time will tell on how long they hold up!

It was in the 80's out. No big temp problems with this 34/34 gearing and belted tires. I ran hard full packs with no thermal.🚀🚀

I've never tried them on the Xmaxx but worked great on the Kraton 8s. To run them on the Xmaxx you'll need the M2C axles and hexes!

I think they are a tad better for rougher terrain and more forgiving with a taller sidewall. Performance and speed wise about the same.

I mentioned 15-20 minutes of hard running! Not bad in a 32lb truck!😎

The shaft was slightly bent. Just enough to cause it to stick. Couldn't even really tell by looking at it.
