Cleaning Cast Iron

Jim cleans and seasons a cast iron that had cooked on food. I used generally the technique from Lodge Cast Iron and America’s Test Kitchen.

I've no problem with water. Any kind of detergent I would certainly minimise; the minimum to get the job done. And season the pan well again afterwards.
