bravo! excellent video, thanks. tardigrain seems to be one of those apps with no real manual that relies on the sound designer's intuition and ear rather than on any knowledge about exactly how it works. i love that. it's so deep, the possibilities are vast.

I love it dearly-- it is one of the first music apps I picked up after Jakob Haq told me I needed it (he was right) and it'll always be on my list of Best Beloveds. I hope this will get some more people exploring its weird and wonderful sonic potential.
Thanks Doug. If ever an app was in need of a decent manual this is it, so a thorough guide is a great alternative. Tardigrain is a hidden gem for sure. If only it could be used with live audio input it would be an absolute killer.

You can record live audio directly into Tardigrain, I think you may be limited to one minute of recording though
is it possible to use midi controllers' velocity, pressure etc to modulate tardigrain parameters?
