Why I'm waiting on your Hangmans Alley build. 😁 I like this place the best, due to the very usable main structure, can support tarberries, and large water pumps. Next is Starlight Drive In, a little better on centralization, but still a ways off. Great job as usual. 👍 Why block off the origonal bedroom and shower area? I know they aren't the cleanest, but could be setup as the players workshop area, using items, trucks, etc. to hide some of it.
I want to try that shop building design so badly. Been wondering how you place items on those shop counters. They seem to pass right through when I tried to place things on top or under its shelves. Obviously a glitch you're using?

placed items on store shelves other than through the workbench menu
moved items onto counters as usual by holding down the E key
I think you need water 😊
I hate to say something negative but if you got your settlement a water filter, you would have fewer ghosts in your gym.
