As a Mom of 3 grown children and "Meme" of 3 grandchildren, I cry for the young Sammie, no child or young adult should have to experience any of what you did. I hope you know by doing this, just how many others you have helped by speaking your truths.You should be so proud of yourself for what you have been able to do to get your life back, and for doing this video. WOW! Those pens. Wish I could have seen them all. That Cat STOLE those. I'd bet each of them was worth a minimum of $50 each. Hugely collectible and antique fountain pens commonly worth hundreds and up into THOUSANDS $$$$
Yes those fountain pens likely had 14k nibs. Very collectible. I would not have batted an eye at that price. Too bad no time to look at comps on eBay😞. My sisters’s friend gave her his dad’s pipes to sell at yard sale for $5 so I pulled them from sale and we sold the best on eBay for decent prices. I sold two to a coworker/collector who restored to flip for a bit of profit himself.
You ain't kidding! He KNEW what they were worth! I deal with people like that at my Flea Markets and Yard sales all the time ! Can't fool me! He probably saw a good chunk of gold in the jewelry too!

The chess set is the main attraction of the estate sale but the hidden gems are the items at the attic. I felt so bad for the son (and his mom) selling things that are CLEARLY meaningful to them. Very sad when people have to part with things they had their entire lives and worked very hard for. My aunts lived on Winchester Avenue. But that Indiana Jones hat! I loved it!

More time was needed and to even put in storage and sale later....Robbie wasnt attached to the item, so that is good....but yah, nothing is free and you ends let go at great prices. Get the safe out of the attic could have gold in it.

Love estate sales. Went to one recently in Paradise Valley, Phoenix/Scottsdale area. House was enormous and will sell for over 6 million. The master suite had his and her bathroom wings with loads of closets in each. Never seen so many neck ties even in a retail store. All high-end stuff too. Grabbed a YSL, Givenchy, and a couple more. Also got an old American Tourister train case in mint condition and an antique ice bucket made in NY. Owners were retired doctors in their 90s. So much unusual stuff. Still wondering what was inside the safe with a door the size of barn doors. So much fun just checking out all the books and antique medical instruments. Very unusual treasures for sure.
Imo no less than 300 for the billiard light. That “dark” painting no one liked 🤣looked like mid century modern abstract expressionism- was there a signature? Way cool stuff -lotsa art, stained glass, etc. It’s so much fun to ride along on your adventures.
Love looking at all the claims 😎that collection of pens looks like Montblac ? Very expensive pens 200-600 dollars each if that’s what they were ? I bought one 30 years ago for 250.00 excellent quality . Usually lawyers or signing of business deals like to sign with their Montblac 🖊 the illusion of wealth and opulence . Epic sale with epic prices. Wow that billiard light my aunt sold hers last year that wasn't half as nice as that one for $500 and ppl were fighting over it. So I'd s as y it's worth a bit. All that stained glass I'm drooling
Old aluminum ladders make great, strong,& light , bicycle trailers. I replaced most of the cross members in my motorcycle camping cargo trailer, with salvaged aluminum ladders put in the garbage .Now I can carry way stuff when I go motorcycle camping with the trailer, cause it's weight is not taken up by cross members designed for 4 times the capacity.
You both are the best, always helping out a friend ❤️. I would have loved to been at that sale(Indiana is a long road trip) Prices were fantastic, almost giving it away. I loved those recliners, 😢 hope whoever got them really appreciates them. LOVE AND HUGS ALWAYS 🥰

Also got an old American Tourister train case in mint condition and an antique ice bucket made in NY. Owners were retired doctors in their 90s. So much unusual stuff. Still wondering what was inside the safe with a door the size of barn doors. So much fun just checking out all the books and antique medical instruments. Very unusual treasures for sure.

Imo no less than 300 for the billiard light. That “dark” painting no one liked 🤣looked like mid century modern abstract expressionism- was there a signature? Way cool stuff -lotsa art, stained glass, etc. It’s so much fun to ride along on your adventures.
Love looking at all the claims 😎that collection of pens looks like Montblac ? Very expensive pens 200-600 dollars each if that’s what they were ? I bought one 30 years ago for 250.00 excellent quality . Usually lawyers or signing of business deals like to sign with their Montblac 🖊 the illusion of wealth and opulence . Great stuff, great sale. Only wish I'd been in that neighborhood. I sure hope you get it all out of the attic, and I can't wait for part two. The red flowers in the painting are Poppies. That chess set is amazing. All of the stain glass looks really good and nice designs. Tucker I'd research the billiard light carefully. Stained glass, all there, old, collectible to pool players, memorabilia collectors, game room decor, as well as pool hall owners. Good market for several buyers. Great video. Sammie I sure hope you get that lamp.

Epic sale with epic prices. Wow that billiard light my aunt sold hers last year that wasn't half as nice as that one for $500 and ppl were fighting over it. So I'd s as y it's worth a bit. All that stained glass I'm drooling
Old aluminum ladders make great, strong,& light , bicycle trailers. I replaced most of the cross members in my motorcycle camping cargo trailer, with salvaged aluminum ladders put in the garbage .Now I can carry way stuff when I go motorcycle camping with the trailer, cause it's weight is not taken up by cross members designed for 4 times the capacity.
You both are the best, always helping out a friend ❤️. I would have loved to been at that sale(Indiana is a long road trip) Prices were fantastic, almost giving it away. I loved those recliners, 😢 hope whoever got them really appreciates them. LOVE AND HUGS ALWAYS 🥰
