These guys "always" deliver original and professional material. A pure pleasure to listen to such talented musicians. Long may they give us such great music.
And the moral of this song is - every creature deserves freedom!
That is quite probably my favourite song of all time! Simply beautiful. I think my favourite version is the one played live at the Banksko Festival.

Ray, Twój blues i słodki teledysk sprawiły, że sześć lat temu po raz pierwszy usłyszałam i zobaczyłam i zostałam oczarowana do tego stopnia, że przy tej piosence zapominam o troskach tego świata! W rytmie tych dzwięków napisałam, aż 12 ksiażek i namalowałam kupę obrazów. Dzięki temu teledyskowi nie czułam zmęczenia bo wchodziłam w Twój zaczarowany świat, który mnie dosłownie opętał! You could only catch this on underground college radio, back in the 70's. I DJ'd for one in Humboldt Univ. in Arcata Cali. We would put long cuts on,and go out and enjoy what we called a Bay Area breaker, kids would drop by with their vinyl for us to play. those were the days. Oddly,you still can't catch this on rock stations today. always the same ole fare. Like all underground stations, we eventually got shut down.

I knew Mungo Jerry from his famous song "In the Summertine" at the dawn of the 70s. There I discovered another Mungo Jerry, whose artistic qualities are much more elaborate than this famous tube of the 70s, a little bit like the tree that hides the forest
