Same for me regarding Taeyang. What drew me in at first was his vocals but what truly made me a fan of him was always his dancing. I mean there are lots of Kpop dancers out there that are sharper when they move but Taeyang has that groove! His style is always loose and carefree, nothing comes out looking forced and stiff that's why he always looks smooth with it.
The original song title of 'seed' is 'in my heart'. Taeyan subtitled it to seed inorder to keep it in line with his past messages esp fan letters that he personally wrote to his fans. He has always expressed this desire to be available and in the same place for the fans, growing stronger like a tree with its roots deep in the ground and protecting them.
As the song is about blooming, rebirth and getting stronger so he used "seed' instead of 'my heart' which doesn't convey this message clearly.
Seed is about found his way back to music again, find light, after everything he went through the last few years, he talked about how difficult it was :(
So in love with this album… I love this man’s music and this comeback made me cry like a damn baby😭

I think Seed is about his life in general , his past with BigBang, the good , the bad times , his personal life journey to this point ,his profesional life as Taeyang but also his life as Youngbae. All stars in the MV for Shoong 😊. The dancers are famous too .
for the 1st time im crying while listen taeyang song...its a beautiful song and the lyric hit me inside
I'm more of an rnb person so I definitely like Shoong more. Still lightly disappointed we did not get a full rnb ep but als grateful for what we can get and Taeyang's vulnerability in the album (it reflect the journey he and Bigbang walked these past few years).
If there's an artist that is perfect in everything, it is Taeyang. There's not one thing you can name that others have and he don't. Facts! He lacks NOTHING! He is a blessing to the music industry. Plus his fan service is at the top and the way he carries himself and his beliefs. He's got it under control. Do we need to say how amazing he is live? He's the definition of a great & humble artist. Everyone who's met him only praises him. All the artist he's ever collab with, they are truly lucky bc it's not easy to collab with Taeyang. He makes every song GOLDEN.
I especially enjoy Shoong with Lisa. I really miss this style of music for TaeTae. ❤❤ Seed really got me in my feelz. His whole album did actually. 100/10!

So he wore 2 outfits from Still Life, my theory is Taeyang was done shooting for Still Life and was on his way home. He stopped in the middle, started performing cause he’s a true performer in the end. That’s what I’m getting. We all thought Seed was gonna be about his wife or being a parent but it’s about us, THE VIPS ❤❤.
That final shot was so breathtaking though. That sun and our sun in the same frame. Yaaas

Ik this is not about Lisa and Jisoo JUST got her first solo, but I can't wait for another Lisa solo to see if she gives more r&b vibes because shee KILLED the feature. Her flow and cadence was just addictive, as was the song. I've never heard Taeyang but Shoong! Def put me on.
