    Another excellent video! Also congrats on it being 9 months old and no down votes. That's quite an achievement. I'm now off to play with 2D CAM work on SVG files.

    Hi Lars, fantastic lesson as always. Are you familiar with engine block cooling systems i.e. coolant and water pathways? I'm working on a block at the moment and would appreciate any info or insight into modelling these pathways and potential obstacles when setting up tooling pathways in CAM, or potential issues in production. Thanks.

    Hi! The use of 2D sketches is a great feature to easily get simple code to cut trough 2D patterns, but ¿where do you indicate Fusion how much it has to cut trough?

    Another great video! And another thumb up. But how do you connect to a CNC machine? Does Fusion have a list of common CNC machines? I have access to an old Roland CNC.

    • @gilcd85
      @gilcd85 6 лет назад +1

      You post process your CAM and send it to your machine's controller. I use an arduino based controller (GRBL) so I run Universal GRBL Sender on my PC to connect and run my machine.

      Hi MOHD ISMAIL Thank you for watching!
      With Fusion we all only have the option to use the latest version, so nothing to worry about there.
      as hardware requirements, check this out:

    • @cadcamstuff

      Not really. You should be able to do that on your machine tool, though.
