OK now on a serious note. Wish I lived closer, the gas line is a good price, time, labor/service calls. Please ask that electrician for a price to just swap the florescent fixtures to simple LED lights. No more issues with bulbs, and they use a lot less energy. For a part time driver to work and doing stuff with the kid, I would go with a lease. As you know all vehicles are not an investment, and the domestic cars just don't carry a good resale and most long term drivers end up with a lot of rust before a lotta miles. Some great lease options that come with maintenance within the lease as well. So just gas and insurance is on you. That 4k price is very steep to swap outlets and install light fixtures. That is stuff 2 guys can knock out in 1 trip. If you need any advice or just wanna run something by me on houses, reach out anytime.

Boom hit and my heart sunk cause my collection would have been worth over 50k. Not a huge number to a lot of collectors but big for me…. Built a modern collection that I eventually sold off to move my family to another state…. Trying to buy back my vintage that I sold off but at today’s prices is hard…. As a general contractor, i can tell you that those prices are about 30% higher than what you could find a contractor to do the work for. I would suggest getting as many quotes as possible.

Recently picked up Luis Arreaz RC 2019 Topps Update Black PSA 8 and 2019 Topps Update Chrome Orange Auto PSA 9 and a Royce Lewis Bowman 1st Blue /150 Pristine 10. I'm a fan or the Ultra Violets. I am hoping those style of SP/Case Hits become a little more popular in baseball, but they just haven't really caught on yet.
Weight loss is all about calorie deficit. Calories in less than calories out. Have a healthy relationship with food in whatever shape that may be. Keto, fasting, etc is all just getting to a calorie deficit. Stalls are just your body adjusting to new scenarios but fat loss will still occur. Water retention (especially through hypertrophy training) is the biggest short term fluctuator of your actual weight.

Hey Stryker, don't replace the ballast on flouresecnts swap the fixtures out for LEDs ask your electrician to quote. LED's in your stream room should have high CRI rating with your preferred color temperature. Higher quality LEDs will avoid flicker and have good constant light for your vids. (Definitely worth doing a little homework)

$20K is about right for a whole house Gen set ( I guessed it before you said it). I used to set them for new homes for around $15K and I had to have my house rewired 10 years ago for $3K, so I can see it being that much and more for you. My house was built in 89, so I see a lot of the things you are talking about, with some additional cheap materials they installed and got away with on my place.
I’m not an Electrician, but I can tell ya that all ya needed to do about the dryer hookup was clean up the corrosion with a Wire Brush IMO. I use to install them from Lowe’s all of the time. And if the person was a complete A$$ I would tell them there line was corroded. I’m so sorry you’re going through what you’re going through Stryker. I am gonna have my girls pray for ya, and I will myself. Keep your head up though! I’m also going through a rough patch, but I always say brighter days are right around the corner, and I’m just happy I’m alive and have a place to live. Much love brotha
I went looking for reliable cars for my kids. #1 in my world 50-60k is low mileage and I wouldn’t sweat that at all. Plan on driving anything to 125-150k miles. #2 don’t buy from a dealer. For $5k you get a car that should be hauled to the dump. I found a private seller with a 2013 fiesta with 70k miles for just under 5k. I’ve driven it all summer and it’s solid and I’m getting 43-47 mpg. I’ll never own a 20k car. For 9-12k you can get a really nice 80k mile car if you’re not picky about age. I’ve got no problem paying less for an eight year old car. Coming from the car she was driving you can get a really nice upgrade for under 10 if you look.
I've been buying Jackson Chourio. I have all of his topps now's either graded as a ten, or at psa. Plus a bunch of low numbered and ssp's. One of my bigger ones is a 2023 national's Chourio Orange to 25.

My wife did that for us and we were able to write off the square footage of the room being used for the business along with percentages of the water and electricity.
Stryk, I wanted to recommend a 22+ Hyundai Elantra. You can get a base model for 24k Hybrid around 26k all the way up to limited hybrid around 32k. Id recommend the base model or base hybrid and doing oil changes every 5k, not the 7500-10k that the dealer recommend. Should come with 100k warranty and 150k on the hybrid system. Weve been using Elantras since 2012 and have never needed a dealer warranty claim. Our current hybrid gets 48 mpg average and the base is getting 37. PS, I also daily a Grand Marquis and if your wife wants another, I recommend searching in FL and making a roadtrip out if it lol. Thats what I did. (Also have a 2017 F150 and 08 Z06 so im not brand loyal. I just buy what makes sense.

My grandpa drove it, then he passed away and my grandma drove it, then she passed and my mom drove it and finally she handed it down to my wife. Out of respect she wants to get the most out of it.
Hey, check and see if you have some community education programs on basic household electrical tasks. Swapping outlets, switches, light fixtures are all 100% doable by an educated homeowner. As for the gas line, yeah pay someone.

Just get a 5-8yo Toyota Camry or rav4 etc with under 100k miles . Clean , and reliable Best investment you’ll make . Stay away from ford and Chevy 4cyl engines unless you really want to be broke

For buying a used car, I will always buy from Enterprise. The pros are all their cars are serviced as recommended and frequently. So even though lots of people have driven them, they were probably taken care of. I will never buy a used car from anywhere else.

Nice vid. Workout tip for you. I am totally against fasting it actually slows your metabolism down. I was going to the gym a lot so consumed a lot of food but trick is you eat every 3-4 hrs size of your fist and breakfast is your biggest meal of the day to set your metabolism to run at that pace for the day and eating every 3-4 hrs will not let it shut down and if you do it consistently your metabolism runs like that 24/7. You eat like 5-6 times a day. I dropped body fat from 17 to 5 percent. And over a vehicle watch Scotty Kilmer on youtube he tells you what are good vehicles and what's crap lol. Get a 2012 Honda Civic! Bought mine brand new and it has 375,000 miles on it. You can get one for $9000 or so with100,000 miles or less.

Do you think series 1, update, or chrome is the way to go for that. My budget is between 50-100 dollars rn so if u have a format aswell I would appreciate it. I could also save a little more for a series 1 or update hobby box if u think that’s smarter

Just get a 5-8yo Toyota Camry or rav4 etc with under 100k miles . Clean , and reliable

You'd be better off accounting for total protein intake, eat the stuff you like (in moderation) with what you're already doing and see the same if not more sustainable results long-term. just my keyboard warrior 2cents
For buying a used car, I will always buy from Enterprise. The pros are all their cars are serviced as recommended and frequently. So even though lots of people have driven them, they were probably taken care of. I will never buy a used car from anywhere else.

Nice vid. Workout tip for you. I am totally against fasting it actually slows your metabolism down. I was going to the gym a lot so consumed a lot of food but trick is you eat every 3-4 hrs size of your fist and breakfast is your biggest meal of the day to set your metabolism to run at that pace for the day and eating every 3-4 hrs will not let it shut down and if you do it consistently your metabolism runs like that 24/7. You eat like 5-6 times a day. I dropped body fat from 17 to 5 percent. And over a vehicle watch Scotty Kilmer on youtube he tells you what are good vehicles and what's crap lol. Instead of spending thousands on personal breaks, start selling those cards. As my pops used to say “will those cards take you to work or put a roof over your head?”
The funny part is The cards HAVE put a roof over my head and I don’t need to drive to work because I work from home (although I bought a bad ass truck from cards too) .

It required a breakdown of cost like supplies, shipping, box cost. These were the old days of RUclips (2006) it’s sad to see what it’s turned into. Box prices are crazy. Unreal how people can make a living hosting box breaks.
STAY AWAY from Kia and Hyundai. Try and find an older Honda Accord or Toyota Camry.
I like Ford personally. They manufacture those in my area so I try to support them when I can.
