Starrk is the strongest. He used to kill Hollows just by being near them when he was 1 person. I should say she, cuz Lillynette is the original form of Starrk. She separated, reducing her own power greatly and gave most of her huge amount of power to her other part, who named himself Starrk. Plus Starrk held off a much greater opposition ( 4 captains, and Hollow form Ichigo is way weaker than fully serious Bankai Kyoraku). Ulquiorra is definitely stronger than Hallibel but he won't be touching Barragan (respira and time acceleration are too hax for him. Attacks like Lanza won't be getting through).
Only reason Starrk lost was because he was devastated when Lilynette died and gave up, more or less, cuz he was tired of people(or hollows) dying because of him.

Bleach is perfection
This is really the peak of what anime is supposed to be (shonen at least). And in the Bleach live action movie, I don't think they'll be able to capture it as good as in the anime. CGI aside, picking a good actor to diplay a certain character is crucial. And in all honesty, I can't see anybody who could play Ichigo. And if somebody sais Shia le Boef, I'f fuckin' kill you.

If you think about it ulquiorra wasn't as bad of a person that people put as. He just didn't know about emotion and feelings, he learns that after the fight and he slowly disappears that a heart is a heart you'll get the reference if you watched the episode
