He Is Risen! - Thank you.
He is risen indeed. Now at the right hand of the Father on high.
Beautiful! Happy Easter Sunday 2024. Jesus IS Lord 🙏
I disagree but hope you had a great Sunday anyway
This is great stuff! Imagine being a neighbor on the next acre over and hearing this on Easter morning coming from the woods. 🤯🤯
How was this posted only 6 days ago and yet this sounds like a song that used to rarely pop up on Pandora Radio over a decade ago? I swear I ain't tripping out on this song, I ha e a custom weird ass station I created on there and music like this used to be a treat to hear play. It's effin up my head trying to figure out why this song sounds so damn familiar!

So good brother keep it up, easily gets a like
Well done. Sounds a lot like early Fripp, à la No Pussyfooting or Evening Star.
I’m enjoying your music, your music has helped inspire me to start learning guitar through RUclips videos and Rick Beato’s course. I have a 1969 Harmony acoustic guitar that I am learning on, however I really prefer the sound of the acoustic and electric baritones to the typical acoustic or electric guitar. Is it a bad idea to try and learn guitar on an acoustic or electric baritone guitar? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
The squirrels already know who Jesus is.
How do you get that amazing ambient droning sound?
Very nice Bill! I recently picked up the EH Attack Delay pedal and have been very interested in perfecting as many Reverse Guitar techniques as possible. I also use an Ebow and have certain Delays set up for that effect including the second generation Back Talk. The main issue is control of this effect. I find that the Ebow (with lots of practice) and especially the EH pedal give you the most ability to play in time. Could you please do a video or two on Reverse Guitar focusing on technique and playing in time with control.
THANKS!
Happy Easter! A very inspiring piece. I see you broke out the FM-9

Hi Bill. Beautiful video. Are you powering your rig with a portable battery? If so, what make and model is it? I'm looking to buy a FRFR speaker (or two) to use with my Helix and a Bluetti EB70 battery, but it seems hard to get an idea of how much power these types of speakers might actually draw in use. Any information you might have would be much appreciated.
I am using a Bluetti EB55 (amzn.to/49ksOtF) Power Station. Before taking the rig in this video into the forest, I set it up in the studio to see how much power it took. I found that the combination of the Fractal FM9 and the 2 Headrush FRFR108 units consumed about 55 watts or so. The Bluetti can provide up to 700 watts so no problem. I had everything running for about 1 hour, and it consumed less than 20%.
@@chordsoforion Thanks so much for this information, which will be very useful. The Bluetti batteries are great, aren't they? They make it possible to make and take our music almost anywhere, as you have demonstrated so beautifully here.
If a guy plays guitar in the forest and no one is there to hear it….. does it make a noise….??? 🤷🏼♂️
What are you holding in your right hand to get that feedback?
it's an E-Bow.
@@nicknickson3650 just purchased it from Sweetwater
Looks like the northwest, WA or BC forest ???
George Washington National Forest in Virginia.
@@chordsoforion Thanks, looks beautiful.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Unfortunately I think I will have to unsub. We live in a time where quoting the "Battle Hymn of the Republic" can only be seen to lean in the direction of colonial christian nationalism. Whether this is intended or not, we live in a time where we are under constant attack from a christian nationalist dictator - Putin. He, himself being the self proclaimed leader of the global christian nationalist front, where I believe we cannot be misconstrue, misinterpret, or misappropriate this language on the internet without context. I have appreciated my time here on your channel, and I understand that this phrase you used in your description might be a play on the internal spirit whom we all can define individually for which we all can interpret individually. However, there are specific turns of phrase and quotes that matter in our time in history, and I find if one identifies with this belief system, they are a danger to the future of our planet(constant war, constant social/political control, and constant violence against women, minorities and queer gendered people). We must be careful about who we are quoting, and why we are espousing certain things to not whistle for the dogs to come running. These sorts of misinterpretations happen, this day being a good example of subsumption by christianity of a pagan holiday of fertility from Eostre as we all know by now, I'm assuming.
Of course things are malleable and change over time, as should we be constantly growing and changing, but we need not continue to appropriate archaic ideas of civil wartime hymns to find solace and peace with our time on this earth, in my opinion. Using civil war rhetoric in a casual turn of phrase is unnecessary to communicate the larger idea of love and connection that, I feel, is more at the root of what we, as humans, are trying to accomplish here. Understanding that here in the west we are governed by christian roots in the very fabric of our societies, helps us to disentangle ourselves from the bonds of servitude they wish to impose on us, to divide us, and make us pawns in their global economy. As we move through this world, if we can help ourselves, I believe we should help eradicate our language, our actions, and our lives of these very symbols of dominance so we might interact more honestly and empathetically with those around us. This is what I believe the origin story of this day to be. To be propagating fertile and abundant ideas and language, not something that harks back to darkness and vitriol of enslavement and control.
I respect your ability to choose how you would like to express yourself, and say thank you for the videos and gear suggestions you've provided me over the years. I'm sure this decision doesn't affect your or your bottom line in the slightest, and I hope it doesn't because I truly am glad for your content here on this platform, but your beliefs are your own and I think it's best I let you keep them to yourself. Take care and be well. Happy Ēostre.
Oh for goodness sake no one is under control that is the whole point of the christ event 😂
Don’t piss your pants on your way out lol
Oh for Pete’s sake, just unsubscribe and spare us your condescending, longwinded, self-righteous display.
Nobody is reading all that. Today we celebrate our Lord Jesus Christ, for He is risen!
If I am reading your comment correctly, you don't know what song I am playing. This is not "Battle Hymn of the Republic" (which was written by Julia Ward Howe during the American Civil War in the 1860s). I am playing an arrangement of "I know my Redeemer Lives, Glory Hallelujah", which was written in much earlier, in 1775 by Samuel Medley and is about the Resurrection of Christ. Hardly christian nationalism, which I very much disagree with.
If you are grousing about the phrase "Glory Hallelujah", do a little research. You will find many hymns that use it, including the famous Black spiritual "Glory, Glory Hallelujah".
Have fun!!
I saw big foot in the video . . . . he's watching you . . . .
