I am glad that you noticed the difference in their voices because so many people who react to this think that their voices are the same while there is so much difference between them.
It was a striking duet, i love this performance from the both of them.
No this is not a competition, this is a show where the surprise element is the main attraction, the singers do not know with whom they sing with until the wall lifts off, they even hear their partner's voice distorted through their earphones so that they can not tell who he/she is.

it is an original song from Diana and it is also the sound track of the award wining film "Spirit of Baikal".

Yulia Parshuta (pronounced You-lee-ah, not Julia) is a mezzo-soprano singer, model and television presenter. She is 15 years older than Diana, but they became friends after meeting at ShowMaskGoon (she was the girl in red who grabbed her head at Diana’s performance with the song “I Can’t Help Fallin Love”).
