i like to think of this song as a sort of farewell to his old self. especially after the death of donda, and just trying to mature as an artist with the times.
Pov : its kanye's last album and its called good ass job and the og kanye graduation bear is back on cover wearing a suit and all of his unreleased songs are in it and this is the last song...
This song sends chills down my spine, I have been in a dark place before and thought about committing but never actually tried to go through with it but in sixth grade my friend, Tommy was in a dark place and he was being bullied by two kids, Gavin and Baylor. Gavin told Tommy to commit and Tommy went home. Tommy thought about it and decided to go through with it, he climbed out his window and went on the roof. He was about to jump when his mom caught him and talked him through it. The next year he told me about the incident and I told him to never even think about doing it again and to tell me when he is going through something. There are no words to describe how thankful I am for his mom catching him. I honestly don’t know where I would be now. If anyone is in a place similar to this whether it was you or a friend its not worth it there are billions of people on this planet and you were one of the most blessed person on this earth. There are hundreds of people who love you and you will eventually get through these situations but never keep quiet about it always report it to someone who you can talk to, the world needs you not everyone was born and you were needed here enough to make it we love you!
Somewhere else, kanye released this song and only a few days later he disappeared without a trace leaving no clues or evidence behind, almost like he just vanished off the face of the earth or like he never existed at all. 10 years later a man stops to ask someone for directions, after this he thanks the man and before leaving he asks the man "whats your name again?" The other man responds "my names kanye"...
Imagine this is his last album. I would go crazy to see ye release this with old songs from this era, mamas boy and see me again being the last tracks.
never see me again was made right after kanye's mother died and his girlfriend left him and was meant to be his end his life note. see me again was a bonus track for mbdtf which is a different song.
@@breadshark5527it was made after the taylor swift vma incident, just before mbdtf when he was in a very dark place mentally. the song was presumed to be almost like a suicide note, due to the samples and themes in the song along with what ended up coming out in mbdtf (power - oh this'll be a beautiful death (jumping out the window))
He sampled this Japanese singer who took her own life by jumping out a window when her lover rejected her. Kanye stopped everything and left to Japan, he had lost his fiancée, his mother, and now his career. This is where his depression grew which he mentions in Ye but this was gonna be his last song before he would take his own life. Luckily he went to Hawaii to work on MBTDF but still struggles with his mental health

And it'll be a long time before you ever see me again, me again
Don't worry 'bout me, don't worry 'bout them
And it'll be a long time before you ever see me again, me again
Me again, me again
It'll be a long time before you ever see me again
[Instrumental]
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH
The sound quality when he singed it makes the song sounds so eerie.
i like to think of this song as a sort of farewell to his old self. especially after the death of donda, and just trying to mature as an artist with the times.
What would have happened if Kanye released this song, that would be too sad and disturbing at the same time.
Yes
imagine hearing this for the credits of a movie
i wanna give kanye a big hug
This song is so fucking terrifying
#SaveYe
Is this the new god flow drums?
Nah
@@Omariworldafter comparing they sound almost identical tho
Genuinley the best version of this song ive ever heard. Shame we all hope it wont release, due to the backstory.
This is incredible
This is like the berserk of music, pretty much forbidden unless you want to cry a lot.
5:25 this part makes me so fucking sad
bros already producing beats, next ye in the making 🔥
Beautiful
This is not (yet) confirmed to be finished, and it is named SEE me again, not "never see me again"
I just searched by that name and thats not how its called.
its been confirmed by everyone that has it that it is called see me again@@treeduzt
@@treeduzt The file that it was leaked from had that name
Pov : its kanye's last album and its called good ass job and the og kanye graduation bear is back on cover wearing a suit and all of his unreleased songs are in it and this is the last song...
I will cry
That would be fitting end to an insane musical journey 😭
this is so good
Pure Art
Lowkey prefer the drumless version
with drums it feels like a lot more is going on.Drumless feels empty
Both tbh, it depends on my current mood
@@2137NASCARI find the minimalist sound of the drumless version to compliment the haunting feeling the song already exudes.
@@adambolger3269i far prefer the almost dissonant feeling of this version, it's not just a sad mood song anymore
I love this song
Knowing the underlying message of this song really makes it hit different. Was supposed to be his last song.
If Ye ever retires some day, this would prob be his last song

I’m glad Kanye never went through with good ass job and made this song the last, cuz if it did Kanye would’ve ever commited s*icide or retired
2:37
This song is gonna be in vultures 3😢
Nah it’s not
After the LP on korea Kanye was motivated to make More songs so probably Will be a long Time to Hear the song oficial on a new album
I would go crazy to see ye release this with old songs from this era, mamas boy and see me again being the last tracks.

damn everytime I hear this song it makes me want to shed tears, and I don't know exactly why
Is it completed by kanye?
yh this one is
Can someone lend me in on the history?? I thought never see me again was gonna be on MBDTF as the last song
never see me again was made right after kanye's mother died and his girlfriend left him and was meant to be his end his life note. see me again was a bonus track for mbdtf which is a different song.
@@breadshark5527this was supposed to be on MBDTF as a goodbye note as he was seriously debating retiring from music and the public eye. It’s actually a huge misconception that this is a song about ending his life. And the RUclipsrs constantly making clickbait videos spreading this rumor around isn’t helping.
@@LoverIsaDayy Nope, you are wrong, we all used to think that but it's wrong info, the sample/inspiration that he uses is from Quasi - I Never Want To See You Again (and even the name tell you about that)
