I want to tell you thank you so much for sharing your wisdom. I have Saturn in the first house and the third and I have had to struggle all my life . First house issues… hypothyroidism, weight issues, loneliness and then also enjoying being alone , very hard childhood. Third house issues… very poor relationships with my younger siblings, sometimes no relationship at all… not even living near them . Speech issues when I was a child . Mars and Saturn in third house , so accident prone, car crashes… Saturn slowing down my Mars energy. I am writing a story right now … I know the plot but am going crazy trying to work out all the details… I can’t move on in the story until I have everything worked out and needing to fill out the storyline with much detail. My mind seems to be at peace when I do that . I listen to your videos about Saturn in my houses almost every day because Saturn has caused me fear and discouragement and your videos keep me encouraged and help me to carry on . Sometimes we don’t know how much a simple word or act affects another person, but I wanted you to know how much I have treasured your words and keep them with me along my journey. You are so right, friend! I felt as if you were speaking solely about me. Both my early and higher education were disrupted and sabotaged. Creative pursuits were as well. From an early age I felt all alone. I am fiercely independent, and will not brook my mind being invaded by others. As I came of age I continued learning, taking up things like drawing, writing, philosophy, music, psychology, revisting all the things I could not do earlier in my life. The emphasis on mind/subconscious and hands is apparent. My work ethic is unreal, although I am not really compensated as I should be. I have had troubles with punctuality all my life and it struck me like a lightening when he said Saturn is Kaal, TIME itself...I had been disrespecting time all my life and now I realise that to respect time and to work hard is to worship saturn. Also, my younger sibling starts showing respect towards me and starts connecting with me whenever I work hard, follow a productive routine and set an example which again is the outcome of pleasing saturn and aligning with it's energy through hardwork and consistency. I struggle with communication although I have a very srtong potential of becoming an excellent speaker and people listen to me when I speak on forums. However, even if my mind houses a perfect elaboration of what I want to speak and express, my thoughts somehow fail to form a structure when it comes out of my mouth. But I am also sure that I will overcome this hurdle someday. It's going to be a slow process but success will definitely come to fruition with time by respecting time.
For me Saturn in my 3rd house in Sagittarius has always proven to be a difficult placement despite him being a yogakaraka as a Libra ascendant. It directly aspects two good houses(5 + 9) delaying or blocking the fruits of those houses. I'm 30 now and I have to repeat what I want to learn over and over again to grasp it properly. I'm trying to go for higher education, but till now I'm still struggling and don't expect luck to be in your favour... As a 3rd house placement, you have to work hard to get what you want. You will not rise in life all of a sudden or don't expect to be in good positions in your career, but it will be gradual improvement over time. Patience is the key.

Hi Prasad. Here is my experience with Saturn :) I am libra ascendant with retro Saturn in 3rd (venus nakshtra) . Rahu in 5th(mars nakshtra). Jupiter in Rahu nakshtra in 9th. Mars, Sun and Ketu in 11th. Moon in 10th. Venus and Mercury in 12th. So the Saturn in 3rd. I feel I am an embodiment of Saturn. I feel that Saturn affects me the most. I feel like I am always fighting with myself. It's like there's two side to me, a spiritual side and a materialistic side and I'm in a constant debate with myself, to do what's right. Just to confirm what you have said in this video, here's what I have experienced so far in my 30 yrs: 1. I have cold relationship with my only younger brother. I love him but we are not as close as I would wish us to be. I feel I lack the ability to be a good big brother. 2. I never cared about my studies. I did IIT and then finished masters in Europe. But I was never serious with my studies. I never had any goal, aim or ambition to do something with my studies. 3. I have faced heartbreaks, over and over. I was once very awkward with how to express love and I was always ashamed for some unknown reason when it came to expressing love. So much so that girls would think that I was some "player" who don't take them seriously. 4. I don't know if I am hard working. Though I achieved everything with hardwork but I feel I'm a "kaamchor". I can be very very lazy at times and then at times I can outwork anyone in the room. 5. I had everything in my life until two years ago. Single guy in foreign land, money and surrounded with girls. But I never had any dreams or desire to do something in the life. This eventually led me to stop doing whatever I was doing. I lost the reason to live. I went to extreme low. I had to live on scraps, I had to evacuate my expensive apartment, I even went to prison for 4 days (all alone in a foreign country). So much has changed now. As you said, I hope this eventually means something, a Saturn's success story. I have suffered so much, but somehow with Saturn's grace, I find myself with enough will and courage to start again. I was in engineering field. But now I have decided to pursue finance and eventually have my own business. I also have libra ascendant and Saturn in the 3rd house in Purva Ashadha Nakshatra. Moon is in the 9th house in Punarvasu. Rahu, Mercury and Venus are placed in Aquarius in the 5th house. I think the problem of Saturn in the 3rd house is its aspect in trine to the 5th house.
I am having Sagittarius ascendant & Saturn in 3rd house. Your video almost resonated with my life like communication is low & shy during young, serious communication style later, writing detailed long books, hard-working, self effort, independent, etc. But I am the eldest sibling, may be due to ascendant Lord Jupiter in 11th house which is house of elder siblings.
Your aspects explanation is the most accurate any astrologer has told me! First aspecting my 5th house, I did have a difficult time during grade school and always had very strict and condescending teachers that put me down. Saturn aspecting my 9th house I am not really a religious person but I am spiritual but I do not follow the traditions of the religion my family grew up in (Catholic), as for aspecting the 12th house yes I do prefer to be a loner and when I do make friends I still need my space, as for losses it’s very interesting because I do feel the restrictions of Saturn in my fifth house from engaging in the stock market and when I lose money it’s not my entire fortune so it’s good to know Saturn helps in restrictions with losses but I have lost money during my Saturn antardasha from stock market and it’s probably because I was relying or approaching it with a 9th house jupiterian way vs doing sufficient research before investing and trading.

Sagittarius asc with this placement. Commute to work is tedious and draining. My work revolves around communication (Litigation attorney) but I overthink every single interaction at work especially and every word I say. I know I have a lot of ability to speak well but crippling fear restricts me a lot of times. I try to face the fear because I know its in my head. Thank you so much for this video. I watched it with the bhavat bhavam video for the 3rd house since I have Saturn in 3rd house in the sign of Capricorn. In terms of describing younger siblings it is accurate because my younger sister is very Saturnian herself and this is one of her dharma trikona planets in her chart. Also using the bhavat bhavam method 3rd is the 2nd of the 2nd and yes there is delay in my wealth but rahu in my second house has given sudden wealth during antardasha periods but Saturn also aspects Jupiter sitting in my 9th house so sometimes I get into big trouble when I rely on luck for my abundance especially during my last Saturn antardasha, it was a nightmare to see my luck turn so strongly.

Excellent! I have Saturn's 10th aspect on the third house. The third house itself is empty but aspected by Sun, Venus from 9th house and Jupiter from 7th house. Its all mixed! Not sure what to make of it!! I am most creative/productive in isolation but love to be with people. Thats therapy! Definitely not a loner! Maybe because the lord of the 3rd house is sitting in 11th. Depends on running Dashas as well I believe. Interesting how all aspects form ones unique personality.

2. I never cared about my studies. I did IIT and then finished masters in Europe. But I was never serious with my studies. I never had any goal, aim or ambition to do something with my studies.
3. I have faced heartbreaks, over and over. I was once very awkward with how to express love and I was always ashamed for some unknown reason when it came to expressing love. So much so that girls would think that I was some "player" who don't take them seriously.
4. I don't know if I am hard working. Though I achieved everything with hardwork but I feel I'm a "kaamchor". I can be very very lazy at times and then at times I can outwork anyone in the room.
5. I had everything in my life until two years ago. Single guy in foreign land, money and surrounded with girls. But I never had any dreams or desire to do something in the life. This eventually led me to stop doing whatever I was doing. I lost the reason to live. I went to extreme low. I had to live on scraps, I had to evacuate my expensive apartment, I even went to prison for 4 days (all alone in a foreign country). So much has changed now. As you said, I hope this eventually means something, a Saturn's success story. I have suffered so much, but somehow with Saturn's grace, I find myself with enough will and courage to start again. I was in engineering field. But now I have decided to pursue finance and eventually have my own business. Let's see where this Saturn takes me :)

I think the problem of Saturn in the 3rd house is its aspect in trine to the 5th house.

First aspecting my 5th house, I did have a difficult time during grade school and always had very strict and condescending teachers that put me down. Saturn aspecting my 9th house I am not really a religious person but I am spiritual but I do not follow the traditions of the religion my family grew up in (Catholic), as for aspecting the 12th house yes I do prefer to be a loner and when I do make friends I still need my space, as for losses it’s very interesting because I do feel the restrictions of Saturn in my fifth house from engaging in the stock market and when I lose money it’s not my entire fortune so it’s good to know Saturn helps in restrictions with losses but I have lost money during my Saturn antardasha from stock market and it’s probably because I was relying or approaching it with a 9th house jupiterian way vs doing sufficient research before investing and trading.

Sagittarius asc with this placement. Commute to work is tedious and draining. My work revolves around communication (Litigation attorney) but I overthink every single interaction at work especially and every word I say. Thank you so much for this video. I watched it with the bhavat bhavam video for the 3rd house since I have Saturn in 3rd house in the sign of Capricorn. In terms of describing younger siblings it is accurate because my younger sister is very Saturnian herself and this is one of her dharma trikona planets in her chart. Also using the bhavat bhavam method 3rd is the 2nd of the 2nd and yes there is delay in my wealth but rahu in my second house has given sudden wealth during antardasha periods but Saturn also aspects Jupiter sitting in my 9th house so sometimes I get into big trouble when I rely on luck for my abundance especially during my last Saturn antardasha, it was a nightmare to see my luck turn so strongly.

Excellent! I have Saturn's 10th aspect on the third house. The third house itself is empty but aspected by Sun, Venus from 9th house and Jupiter from 7th house. Its all mixed! Not sure what to make of it!! I am most creative/productive in isolation but love to be with people. Thats therapy! Definitely not a loner! Maybe because the lord of the 3rd house is sitting in 11th. Depends on running Dashas as well I believe. Interesting how all aspects form ones unique personality.
