Bet you had some celestial pearl danios in the past because way back ,gosh before 2000,s, I also had some Maybe back then this wee fish was known under another name ,my dad said they were mini trout lol
Thanks for this vid , I'm currently looking to start a nano tank and this list gave me a good idea on what fish I should be getting . I'm selling my large tank(200 l/50 gallon) because I'm looking on starting small and researching everything before going big. Should I buy a starter kit 2 or 5 gallon with all the stuf I need, or buy everything seperate?
Heard Rocket Kilis are crazy jumpers, was curious how your experience with them was like, i have a rimless tank but was thinking if i should fit a lid for them or lower 1/3 of the water so they can't jump out. Thanks.
Why am i only finding you now??? Lol great content. Brackish water is not salt I get it. It how ever is similar. I ended up with the wrong type of puffer. I bought a pea puffer 2! 1 was a pygmy puffer, other was a dwarf figure 8. He is in a tank that hardly reads at low end brackish. I will raise it slowly with him in it. You breaking down a water change for salt water helped. I am using a sponge filter and internal tetra with my own media in it not those wastes of money replacements. My fish room is my whole 250ft apt. I have 15 active tanks. Smallest one is a classic betta 5 gallon tank- to largest my 40 breeders. I am not able to have a canister on my larger set up for him. He will be in a 30 gallon tall. What type of HOB would you suggest I have a few brands and ratings.
What live foods do you give? All I can find is frozen foods. I hate to put worms in my freezer.. so I haven’t bought the frozen stuff. I’d like to have a bucket of worms I can keep in my garage or backyard to feed my fish. Is this possible or something fish experts like you would consider? Sub’d and Liked!
I have a fluval evo which is a great little tank. There also the fluval flex but the bowed glass makes it hard to take pics an videos. Aqua one nano is decent too.
@@HobbyistFishkeeper Many thanks, I like the look of the Aqua One nano, Fluval evo is a bit bit big, just after one for my desk that I work from, be a nice distraction!
I love this list because I am not seeing super common fish that you would see on every top 10 list in existence (this one is an acceptance)
Thanks for watching. Glad you liked it.

I'd like to see a top 10 big fish video to give me some inspiration 😁

Great stuff, what Nano tank would you recommend?

Are Khuli loaches ok with shrimp or are they just too risky?
They will be ok with adults but if they find any babies they might be a tasty snack. Thanks for watching.
@@HobbyistFishkeeperthanks for the advice :)
