  • Ingredients:
    3/4 cup Curd
    1/4 tsp Haldi
    1 tsp Cumin powder
    1/2 tsp Coriander powder
    1 tbsp Kasoori methi
    1 tsp Kitchen king
    2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
    1/2 tsp Amchoor powder
    1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
    Salt to taste
    2 tbsp Roasted besan
    3-4 tbsp Oil
    1 tsp cumin seeds
    1 tejpatta
    2 large Onion chopped
    1.5 tsp chopped ginger
    2 tsp green chillies
    9-10 cloves garlic
    1/2 cup Tomatoes chopped
    200 gms grated Paneer
    2 tbsp Butter
    2 tbsp Coriander chopped
    Water (as required)
    Method:
    • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and tejpatta. Then add chopped ginger, chopped green chilli and stir.
    • Now add onions and sauté. Add the tomatoes and cook till it gets mushy.
    • Take curd in a bowl, add all the masalas, salt, little water and mix it.
    • Later add the besan-curd masala paste and saute.Then add water and cook till it releases oil.
    • Add grated paneer and mix it up. Add some water and cook for a while. You can even add some butter for taste.
    • Garnish with coriander and serve warm with Pav or Laccha Paratha!
