I work here and its the best thing ever. One thing that they also have along with the haunt is there is a meet the ghosts tour. Which was inspired when ghost adventures came to fear factory to do an episode. Working here is the best they truly care about their actors safety and wellbeing. We really are a big family here.

I've seen thousands of haunted houses in my life but daaaaaaamn this is on another level. The yard and waiting area is one thing within itself wow!!! The creativity is on another level you could easily make a movie in there. 😮😊
Wow. This haunt has the atmosphere and detail I could only dream of. It’s almost got a liminal space feeling to it with the high ceilings and surrounding detail. Not to mention Carl. Carl is incredible at his job and definitely takes pride in what he does. Hats off to the crew at Fear Factory.

I love these previews you’ve been doing. Viewers get a real in depth look at everything that’s behind creating and presenting the atmosphere that makes it a great haunt experience. I tell ya I wish I could buy tickets to walk through but a little hard to do with being across the boarder. Maybe next year though during October to visit some of the haunts. It's great because it's a permanent location so the big murals on the building are up year round, and it's just a local staple. It's literally right off the freeway exit for downtown so it's got extreme visibility. During October it's all lit up and really fun.

This has got to be the coolest haunted houses I’ve ever seen!! The industrial vibe really adds to the creepiness, it’s like you’re in an actual scary movie. So freaking cool. So awesome that they make the rooms smell correct too like the meat room and representing each fear.. Incredible detail. Hands down the best haunted house I’ve ever seen!!! I can’t get over how impressive this place is, Carl really adds spunk and an extra level of creepiness to this place too. **and all the echoed industrial noises, phenomenal

Thanks Carl "Your the bomb"for the Grand tour along with the hosts co owner Rob and GM Spencer for letting you film behind the scenes in the haunted "Fear Factory". I've seen many other haunted houses on youtube and nothing compares. Every room has something spectacular, with the props, animations. Like the makeup/ costume room for the 100 actors. Overall this was epic! No wonder bookings are backed up.💯🎯👍👊🙂😎
Damn, at first I was thinking to myself “why would they let him film and ruin the experience” after you started walking through the haunt I realized that with actors running around what you showed it probably only a third of what goes on in there. I am curious how Carl plays into this whole experience. Surly he can’t give everyone the side by side tour like he did with you. When do they introduce Carl the the groups of people that go through the haunt? I would love to go to this haunt with my group of friends it looks so dope!
I worked in the Carnival of Clowns for 2 years, And after every night they would do raffles and gift actors of each area for their performance. Truly a great experience and some of the most fun ive had. Brings alot of joy getting to make peoples Halloween special with some amazing actors:D

First, Carl is INCREDIBLE ! Second.. The high "catwalk".. I'm OUT ! Just watching this made me feel like I was falling off the couch. I'm OUT ! - That said, this is an incredible attraction. The detail is amazing, much of which no one notices. I had a magic/illusion show for years, so I truly appreciate what it takes to create something like this. The magician I performed with later created "Slaughterhouse" in Nashville, the first "haunted attraction" in Nashville at the time. It was great, but this is on another level. After several seasons, he met with Disney Imagineers and purchased a laser image projection matching, like was used on Ghostbusters. With slight fog, it could project a ghost or most anything, that would literally walk up to you. He used some of our illusions as well, including a giant guillotine and huge buzz saw that cuts someone in half. But again, THIS is another level ! Thank you so much for sharing this Jay and a big thank you to your gracious hosts Rob, Spencer and of course Carl !

I live 10 minutes away and go every yr. My first yr..my daughter who is sensory sensitive couldn't make it past the first scare bc it was too loud, the actor noticed something was wrong and prompted us to the top. A gentleman, named Matt(This was 5 yrs ago...says a lot when I still remember the name) understood the situation and called in for someone to bring in earplugs for my daughter. Then allowed us to go through with zero issues. 10000% accommodating and care about their customers... so we go every yr and of course bring our own earplugs.
Amazing to hear that this place not only employs talented ppl but appears to also care about them & have a healthy work environment...so rare now!!!! (Also the irony!!!😆).
I love living here... SO many haunted attractions all over the valley. Haunted Forest, Fear Factory, Nightmare on 13th, The Asylum, a couple haunted circuses, haunted hay rides, a haunted train ride (family oriented), a haunted boat cruise, for a few years a large pioneer village did a large scale outdoor/indoor haunt that was a lot of fun. Lots of light displays for halloween. Fear Factory takes the cake though.
I like Carl!! I don't have the nerve to walk through one of these but I would love to do makeup at one. The theatrics here are incredible!! Well done!!!
A small idea for you guys if the owners are reading the comments.. The Drink 'Buried Alive' can be "Berry'ed Alive" instead and make it a berry drink. If its not already. Or at least change the name to it for a cool ring.
We have always been known for having the best haunted houses in the nation. In fact, the biggest and best ones all originated here…many of us remember Rocky Point… That had Hollywood makeup artists working there for the makeup effects. I have shot multiple music related videos at the location you are at…

As a 15 year Charleston SC Halloween Extravaganza Veteran Sawman of Hells Gates "final skit of the hayride" and 25 year worker this video was amazing and Carl you're an absolute legend. I wish our event here in Charleston never had to come to an end but unfortunately it is no longer held every year.

I went to the haunted house on Church Street in Orlando that was cool. This is by far the best haunted house I've ever seen . Plus the caretaker carl was awesome he does a great job. I would definitely recommend this place, this is on my bucket list to do

Looks pretty good...usually find these things super cringey and expected this to be same...but it's a proper old school ghost walk...we had a great one all year round in Hunstanton Norfolk, it was hammer and universal themed at time thru early 80s when I was kid. Later as adult went again but it had changed to Freddy etc....the best was the hammer house/universal/psycho
Awesome! I was in Utah a month ago and went to the Haunted Houses but we didn’t go there. Nightmare On 13TH was the best I have ever went to. Castle Of Chaos The Rooms are awesome too.

I'd genuinely make the trip from the UK to check this out. Makes me pretty sad that Disney, Universal, etc are relying on big screens and CGI when this makes it abundantly clear that practical effects and actors make for the true interactive experience, whether its horror, fantasy, comedy, etc. I can only imagine what its like in the "flesh". altho carl looks scary he looks like he gave the best hug u could have. i lived in malaysia i really enjoy scare house i think this is by far the best scare house ever existed in this planet. everything is so well done, the aesthetic 10/10, what i like is how creative everything is, it seems everything were connected like this part 1:18:00 it truly amazing that it makes alot more sense. this play deserves an award or something, i wish this kind of scare house exist in malaysia😢 this is so cool.

I went to the haunted house on Church Street in Orlando that was cool. This is by far the best haunted house I've ever seen . Plus the caretaker carl was awesome he does a great job. I would definitely recommend this place, this is on my bucket list to do

Looks pretty good...usually find these things super cringey and expected this to be same...but it's a proper old school ghost walk...we had a great one all year round in Hunstanton Norfolk, it was hammer and universal themed at time thru early 80s when I was kid. Later as adult went again but it had changed to Freddy etc....the best was the hammer house/universal/psycho

Awesome! I was in Utah a month ago and went to the Haunted Houses but we didn’t go there. Nightmare On 13TH was the best I have ever went to. Castle Of Chaos The Rooms are awesome too.

one of my fav haunts so much fun! you wouldnt get me to go threw this house though, no way not even if u paid me lol but now working there heck ya! i would so work in the werewolf/scarecrow area or the clown area for sure

This place is incredible. I'd genuinely make the trip from the UK to check this out. Makes me pretty sad that Disney, Universal, etc are relying on big screens and CGI when this makes it abundantly clear that practical effects and actors make for the true interactive experience, whether its horror, fantasy, comedy, etc. I can only imagine what its like in the "flesh". Thanks for the tour! 🙏🏻🖤

altho carl looks scary he looks like he gave the best hug u could have. i lived in malaysia i really enjoy scare house i think this is by far the best scare house ever existed in this planet. everything is so well done, the aesthetic 10/10, what i like is how creative everything is, it seems everything were connected like this part 1:18:00 it truly amazing that it makes alot more sense. this play deserves an award or something, i wish this kind of scare house exist in malaysia😢 this is so cool.

Omg I definitely fly out from the UK to visit fear factory!! Love things like this and looks so dope. Only thing is it suitable for a disabled person? I’ve got to get some of that swag ❤. Love, love the sfx room and all that makeup 😮 amazing. Definitely enjoy special effects
