Nice Video. What model is this lift? I didn't see the link to your assembly video. Thanks.

How tall is the lift with the casters on? I/m trying to figure out if it will fit under a 92" garage opening.

It only raises just barely off the ground, probably about an inch. When not in use it doesn't raise it at all. The total height depends on the model of the lift so the bendpak specs should give you that.

If moving the lift a small distance it would be ok to just have the post plates clear the floor. But if moving some distance it will be easier to have the caster brackets parallel to the floor. This makes the caster swivel in its' natural alignment.

Good demonstration on lifting lift ,the explanation of fulcrum point and wheels was very important.with the lift wobble any chance of damage to lift?

So, how long would you suggest the arms be? I’m getting ready to make a set.
Your assembly video was very helpful. Thank you!

Can you post the dimension between the holes along with the diameter of the holes? I have a 6" wide post on my lift that I want to use these for. Thanks

Actually, according to BendPak you can move the lift on the casters with a vehicle on it. Probably wouldn't be too easy to do, but it is possible.

It is suggested at 1:15 that the wheels are 6 inch. Could someone who has the caster set measure one to confirm? Thanks!! Yes, a DIY project in my future.

With all due respect, putting the casters inside the metal "box" instead of on top of the plate brings the angle down much more and allows the weight of the car lift to level the arms of the caster. I just wish Bendpak had put out a pdf of proper installation. I tried putting a caster on top of the plate but the weldment would not allow a nice flat fit. I flipped over the arm and put the caster in the "pocket" and it fit so much nicer. Built all 4 casters, installed the pins and it lowered with all arms fitting flat. Posts lifted 3/4" or so and then it rolled so easy. Putting the caster wheel out to increase the fulcrum point as you mentioned worked really well so that's a great tip. Not sure it's really needed once the casters are in the pockets but I did as you mentioned just because it sounds like a good idea. Check it out and let me know if you wound up with the same results. Oh and I gave the jerks a nice case of fresh grease. Looking forward to finishing off this project and see how quickly I can build the next one. Cheers.

How wide are the casters? I'm wanting to buy them but don't want them to be too narrow and won't fit between my posts. Bend pak won't tell me how wide they are not great customer service. Thanks
