Sure do love the way Andy Hall picks that Dobro. At 1:04 he does a bare finger stretch on the first string with his ring finger. It sort of creates that steel guitar sound while barring the rest of the chord (an old dobro player trick). I sure wish I could pick like him but I don't make my living playing bluegrass. I will be sure to see them in Seattle on Jan 18th at The Showbox Sodo...tickets in hand last month!
I haven't seen live shows in about 15 years. The stage dress is dog sh!t. Now
