I have heard that from a few comments. So Ren doesn't believe his dead best friend is really a freckled angel? That he would join him if he wasn't stuck in his mortal body? He doesn't believe there are demons, angels and gods? He obviously thought those other worldly beings did not suffer the mental and emotional damage that human beings do. I thought he sounded pretty sincere when he spoke it. So are you saying he doesn't really believe any of that and it is just imagery, just to enhance his music? I'm a huge fan of Ren and love the guy, either way I will always support him but he seemed pretty sincere on what he spoke about, it seemed deeper than just imagery. My opinion anyways.

@@spruce381 Thank you for getting back to me, I wasn't sure you would. Anyways, fair enough. Like Ren said, let's at least respect our differences. I love the Lord Jesus Christ and he died for my (everyones) sins and is my savior. That is ALL I believe in. I do not belong to any religion or go to any church because I don't believe in them. They are twisted by satan in my opinion. Ren definitely unites a lot of us to a common cause. Him and his deep messages with lyrics and catchy beats. He is a good man and has a beautiful heart and I respect him immensely and he has been to hell and back and has earned me as a big fan of his. Take care.
This song is now one of my absolute favourites. I hope it will grow on you if not there's a bunch to choose from.

[Pentatonix; you must use a filter on the videos and you must pause a number of times and comment else you might get blocked] Pentatonix is 5 person group acapella; there has only been one change in the group, Avi the bass left and was replaced by Matt. PTX has a huge fan base and will help to increase your channel. PTX is cover music, mostly pop and a ton of XMAS. However, they do have a lot of original songs. Two of the members--Scott and Mitch--formed a group called Superfruit. You definitely need to check them out since they do original work and tons of hilarious stuff. Kevin Olusoal is the beat boxer and he is a genius; he has some solo cover songs that are just phenomenal. Scott has a few solo items that are truly good. Mitch and Kirsten have the voices of angels, especially Mitch.

Religious or not has no bearing on gnosticism... I am a (middlingly) Gnostic (wholly) Atheist, many of the religious people I know are (mostly) Agnostic Theists with varying degrees of belief. Those especially annoying YEC are gnostic theists who cannot question the basis for their faith because it is a ludicrous position - true for this type in any religion of love and peace (and judgement and control).
