@thestrongcollectors, but why? I haven't heard a compelling reason. The fact that '97 commands a premium on the secondary isn't the figure's or Hasbro's fault. Is that you are that big a fan of cel shading? '97 also has a fantastic unmasked alternate head.
@@thestrongcollectorsI respect that, and since it’s your list then it’s fair. That being said 97 is still technically better and I prefer the VHS too but you can’t argue with facts 😅
Great video guys. Isn't it astounding the amount of Wolverines Marvel Legends has produced. I'm on the fence regarding pins/pinless. When done well it looks very attractive. However it has been evident that certain pinless leg joints are not as stable as pinned. I thought your list ranking was extensive and thorough. Keep up the great work guys.
I’m kind of in the same boat. I don’t always care if my action figure looks like an action figure. The main time pins bother me is when they are the wrong color on one side like with Spider-Man
Im biased but my fav is surprisingly 2 pack cowboy Logan from this year. Its my favorite look for him and just feels so right with fhe flannel, hat and jeans. And he has by far the best claws out of any wolverine figure. They're angled and thick akin to the x men movie claws and dont feel like a cheap rubber. If he wasnt with such an awesome sabretooth, i guarantee this figure would be appreciated more
@@thestrongcollectors Yeah, the original release was with a 3.75” figure. The re-release came with a 6” legend figure, which is the version I ended up getting.
I’ve always loved the bone claw wolverine but his price was always a bit too high for me especially since i owned the vhs one but recently i bought his damaged head and bone claws for cheap and kitbashed them with the vhs fig and it’s amazing.
I think brown and tan toybiz is one of the best wolverine figures out there. i get that it has ball hips but the sculpt is great, the color is perfect and the articulation is smooth.
Between this and the Iron man rankings I don't own any C or D figures, other than the FF wolverine. But he's on a different shelf and if we were ranking ff figures he would be S with bombastic Bag Man and Retro Thing.
Sorry, but the ends of those claws are way too fat lol. How are they supposed to fit into his forearms - they’re bigger than his wrists. Just doesn’t make sense to me, and yes, I know we’re talking about figures based on comic book characters, so maybe my argument, in itself, is ridiculous lol. I think the House of X Wolverine has better proportioned claws. Not too thick, not too thin.
Hello guys. Greetings from Madrid How you could forgot the Days Of The Future Past Wolverine??? Which come with the sentinel. It is one of the best figure of him ever made. Keep it like that with the channel, you doing great, thanks for your work. I wish you more succes.
I know that wolverine is supposed to be small but I really don't like the body they use for nearly every single figure. I think the proportions are really weird. Mafex did it better in my opinion
As great as mafex are I think I prefer the legends version. I really don’t want to go for those mafex prices unless there’s a cloth cape or the need for really good articulation.
Yeah it’s hard to really find some really good older figures. They’ve come so far. I’m not sure what people were saying when they were first released because for the early stuff I was just a kid happy to get action figures.
X-Men 97 wolvie is the absolute best ever. Astonishing Wolverine is highly overrated. He is built like a chimpanzee. His arms are way too big and long for the rest of his body. His face scults leve a lot to be desired.
X-men 97 is better than 92 cel shaded because it’s pinless
I still like vhs better.

Hate the yellow on the 97 figure
I’m not a fan of either of the head sculpts on the 97. I sold it almost immediately after opening it. Just didn’t like it one bit.
23:35 Hellverine is actually one of the more highly anticipated modern characters. His comic is apparently doing quite well
It’s on my to read list. Which is large. It looks really cool.

I wasn’t expecting to like that Logan as much as I do but it came out as a pretty nice figure.
Maybe others have already called this out, but there was an older DoFP Logan that came with a Sentinel. Looked different than the Old Man Logan fig.
I was thinking about that but I thought that was a 3.75 inch wolverine. Was he a 6 inch? I always see the sentinel but not the wolverine.
@@thestrongcollectors Yeah, the original release was with a 3.75” figure. The re-release came with a 6” legend figure, which is the version I ended up getting.
Oh cool. I didn’t know there was multiple versions.
21:21 that’s Malibu Logan!
I don't think i've ever had him.
I’ve always loved the bone claw wolverine but his price was always a bit too high for me especially since i owned the vhs one but recently i bought his damaged head and bone claws for cheap and kitbashed them with the vhs fig and it’s amazing.
I’m shocked they’ve only done 1 version of bone claws.
@@thestrongcollectors Yea i’m hoping they do a classic updated version of the tiger suit with the new body that has both metal and bone claws.
I’ve been exited for this video
I’m glad we could finally deliver

I wonder what it would cost today to get a figure, comic, and base in a clamshell from hasbro.
Congrats to the winner!
We’ve got more coming stay tuned.
Those old school X-men classics wolverines deserved to be on the list but I know it’s not technically “legends”
I thought about that because those are cool but the list was already pretty substantial. I like the black and red ninja one.
Hey I’m the runner up! But I don’t see the email anywhere 🤔
Nice video like always!

I’d love to get that FF 2 pack. In case anyone out there is wondering my birthday is less than a month away…

Nice video, but you lost me as soon as you said the X-Force Wolverine has your favorite claws… they’re ridiculous🤦♂️
Really? What’s wrong with them? I thought they were great

I thought that was a 3.75 wolverine. We did miss the baby wolverine though.
I have the black costume xforce wolvie in my display ,mostly because i like black costumes
It’s a cool look for sure.
I have every single Marvel Legends Wolverine and I have to say the newest astonishing one is the best one out of all of them.
I was really happy when I opened him up and it was everything I dreamed it would be from a wolverine.
highly disagree. He is one of the worst imo.
Where are the movie wolverines
We only did the comics
I know that wolverine is supposed to be small but I really don't like the body they use for nearly every single figure. I think the proportions are really weird. Mafex did it better in my opinion

MAFEX Wolverine is actually goated if u can figure out how to replace or fix the claws
I feel the same. His arms seem long or normal length while his legs seem short
Rhe face off wolverine from Toybiz sucks .
The Hasbro pinless X-Men 97 and Astonishing easily S tier .
Yeah it’s hard to really find some really good older figures. They’ve come so far. I’m not sure what people were saying when they were first released because for the early stuff I was just a kid happy to get action figures.

I thought the heads looks just like the comics.
