It's always shocking how little MDs do to BBs. My MD fleets are all railcello + MD liner + scouting now. Railcello fires at capitals and MD at everything else.
Concentrated fire can still be nasty but yeah BBs can eat it for a while, especially on the bow. Here I managed to dodge most of it (they had a bad track too which helped) and restored most of the damage I took. MDs shred smaller ships though. But yeah Railcello is underrated imo, rails on the bow will mess up alliance ships. I might post a Railcello video soon once I get a good game with it.
What were you trying to do with your sprinter? I don't mean to be rude, it's just that I usually am much more cautious with my sprinters. Also was it fut to be a EW ship or combat?
Just trying to cap A, it's a cheap expendable sprinter, although I ended up not liking it and I'm experimenting with replacing it with a beam destroyer in the next iteration of the fleet (I also removed the missiles from the battleship). I don't understand the second question.
Very much alive! It can take a few minutes for a lobby to fill during slow times (european mornings when the americans are sleeping lol) but I rarely have trouble finding games.

Is the multiplayer still alive? I was interested when i saw it a long time ago but the Early Access status worried me so i decided to wait.

Surviving games as a new player: Impossible.
