Amazing tutorial! I’m 18 and I have a blues Band With The boys, we play All Classic blues from America ( from elmore james to slim harpo..) and also british blues Which I love, thanks for showing us How Clapton and the Green God played back in the 60s, you really did help me improve my playing ;), could you do any tutorial on even earlier british blues like Alexis korner’s Blues incorporated?

Hey Jose, thanks so much for commenting! Best of luck with your band, The Boys. I'll keep in mind what you said about earlier music. Cheers, Mark

Yes, good. If you listen closely, at about 0:24, one can hear harmonics ringing through. Nice, Mark.

I certainly will, Arch! At the moment I think all the release dates I've seen are for the USA. Not sure when it will be on screen here in the UK.

I hope this doesn't come off backhanded, but it's actually reassuring to me that your D string sometimes sounds a little bit. Because I've been beating myself up a bit about that bastard string (that you can't reach with your thumb) and feeling like I'm playing very uncleanly.

I bought a Les Paul Classic for the wider neck as my narrow neck Strat was causing fingering problems. I will probably end up with three Classics (black, red and burst) and sell the Strat. Before I bought the £1,500 secondhand LP Classic at Morecambe's Promenade Music I tried a £4k Standard they had and... it was't half the guitar AND it weighed twice as much.

Ha ha, you should hear the out-takes! Garageband really amplifies any inaccuracies and keeps you on your toes.

@@mybluesguitar I've been listening to a whole lotta Zep live from the last century (Albert Hall, Bath Festival) and although Page is not the most accurate guitarist who ever lived he is certainly one of the most exciting. That's all it comes down to in my little blue book.
