On April 8, a total solar eclipse will make its way across North America. As the eclipse sweeps northeast from Mexico to Canada, it will be seen partially in most parts of the continent, including San Diego.
San Diego City College students have the opportunity to experience a piece of the spectacle. City Times Media's Irie Caraballo shows you how to create a simple pinhole camera with two pieces of paper and a paperclip.
NASA also offers instructions for a similar camera with paper, aluminum foil, scissors and a paperclip here: www.jpl.nasa.gov/edu/learn/pr...
A transcript is also available here: otter.ai/u/98Jo693Ue205INcJHY...
City Times Media is award-winning, student-produced digital news, TV news, magazine, radio/podcast and indie film, all on one platform at San Diego City College. CTM offers hands-on experience for students using new and emerging technologies in state-of-the-art facilities.
