Isnt moab a national park? Thought no drones are allowed in National parks
No moab is a region in Utah. There are several National parks in moab though (Arches, Canyonlands, Capitol Reef) and it is likely that this was filmed in one of those. Even if it was filmed in a national park you can obtain exceptions through part 107, typically for professional film making which I think it is likely he would have obtained.

Breathtaking and truly gorgeous footage (and editing?) skills. You’ve probably just put an entire crew of VFX specialists out of work. If it hasn’t already happened, Hollywood will soon be in touch with you ... don’t sell cheap ... your work deserves at least the same amount of $ as top VFX wages.
