When I saw this I got really excited... I mean surely it would cover enabling MFA and integration with Entra ID and conditional access and other stuff?! Nope! Honestly this was such a let down.
Such negativity 😞 You don’t want MFA with an on-prem identity provider. Also, integration with Entra is already available with a tiny bit of additional effort. Finally, the name-change was very recent, so we can probably expect built-in support when Server 2028/9 releases.
