can you please show us how looks your hair naturally (without products, no scrunch, naturally dry) and compare it with styled hair? please!! i love your videos ♥️
I just found you. So many of the curly hair girls have super long hair so I'm so happy I found you because your hair is about the same length as mine and same type of texture and curl. Plus your personality is so light and uplifting and I love it❤
Faves for my fine, dense, wavy hair ...creams love the Curl Talk also BTZ Noodlehead and AG Recoil. Gels Aussie IF, BTZ Bada Bing (good cast) and Aveda Confixor gel (great but is a liquid gel). Haven't used mousse in awhile but I have enjoyed the cream gels Bounce Curl cream gel and Garnier Fructis Curl Sculpt conditioning cream gel.
Could you maybe in the future talk about how you would combine these products? For example do u always use like a cream and then something for hold (e.g. a gel) or do u also just use a cream or just a gel? What's the difference in the results? Would love to hear about that and great video btw xx
Glam Belle just did a recent podcast comparing the NYM mousse on one side of her hair and the gel on the other side. The mousse looked so much better than the gel. Better curls and more shine. Thanks for your video!
The cake curl whip mousse completely changed the game for me. I have a similar wave pattern so you should try it! Hated it at first then once i figured out how to use it was completely different
Caloci76 for me, I get the best results on second day hair. It doesn’t work great for me on wash day. I spray my hair with a water bottle to the point where it’s dripping wet and then I use a generous amount of the mousse. Glaze it over all of my hair and then scrunch it in. Then I use the Aussie freeze gel after. I then diffuse my hair. The combination gives me a hard cast which I usually never get. Then I use some oil/serum to scrunch out the crunch and I get more hold and more definition than with any other product combo
I just started my journey of figuring out how to naturally defrizz and style my 2b/2c hair - actually, your videos were my inspiration! 🙂 This is probably super elementary, but have you tried Schwarzkopf Osis+ Bouncy Curls? It was recommended to me at a local hair salon. It's so interesting and smells amazing! Reminds me of French Laundry if you know that kind of fragrance. It's a curl gel with oil. For sure not CGM approved, but it works amazingly!
Love that! Makes me happy 😊 I haven’t tried it but I can’t resist a good smelling product 😅 I think I have smelled a French laundry scent before 🤩 a curl gel with oil sounds lovely!!
I like the lil bloopers at the end 🤭 lol I still wanna try the NYM mousse! But I actually just ordered Cake Beauty curl whip mousse to try instead. There's not much info about it here on RUclips but I'm intrigued. Going to give it a shot! 😬🤞
Love your videos! Just wanted to say I have tried many gels and loved the curl keeper but have been using ouidad for years and it's still my fav! Don't think it is curly girl approved but I love it. I would describe it as a little watery.
This video is just what I needed right now. Always confused with what styling products to use. My hair is similar to yours but the curl wave pattern isn’t this defined. Probably some good styling products will help me with that.
Thanks so much for doing this video! My hair texture is similar to yours and it's hard to find products that work. I'm excited to try the Briogeo Curl Charisma! I just used up the last of my Briogeo Don't Despair Repair Mask and it's my holy grail mask.
I love your videos, especially at the end of a long day. You have a really calm presentation and I enjoy your content 💕💕 you should try the herbal essences volume mousse!
Im just going to buy everything lol. I’m so confused. My hair is very similar to yours, I think mine may be thicker. My waves are great when wet, but do NOT hold well when my hair is dry, even more so now that its in a short bob. I just have a lot of frizz, some waves on top, more straight underneath. The front section is the only section to wave the best. Any suggestions? Also can you talk the type of hair cut you have pleaseeeee.
Same... I've been having the same problem I def have thicker hair then her and just cut it into a bob. some waves are great but there'd be straight pieces.. Its frustrating
Mercedes R I have the exact same problem. My best tip would be to use strong hold gel/mousse/hair spray to hold it. Use a diffuser and scrunch, scrunch, scrunch.
Great video! I am just getting started embracing my wave instead of fighting it and am using your videos as my starting off point. Quick question would you put both the Shea styling lotion and briogeo cream in together or just use one or the other?
your hair is so beautiful! thanks for the tips, I am still figuring out what's best on my hair. another question, what blush are you wearing in that video, also your lips look beautiful!
I'd be curious what you think about the curlsmith weightless airdry cream and either the hydro style flexi jelly or the in shower style fixer (harder hold). Also the Cake mousse is lovely!
Hi just want to ask if you use a leave-in conditioner when you use a curlcream? I use leave-in with gel but not sure about curlcream. I have hair very similar to yours. Thanks!
I’m using a purple shampoo atm for my lighter hair, and it has sulfates, so I use that about every other week. I have a natural shampoo bar that I feel like does good at clarifying so I use that on the off weeks! I’ve been using acv on my scalp along with it sometimes to help remove buildup.. 😊
Ok, first and foremost, I am SO GLAD I FOUND YOU. Ok, got that out of the way. Obsessed with the Shea Moisture Styling lotion on day 2 like you recommended in another video, it does the trick! Smells so good too. Just ordered an Ouidad travel kit and a NYM travel kit on ULTA so I can try them out. Thanks for the tip to apply the mouse to wet hair. Check out Carol's Daughter Hair Milk Curl Refresher Spray, I've enjoyed that for day 2-3 refresh.
I heard that I you have frizzy hair that means that your hair is actually wavy or curly I’ve been straightening my hair for like 10 years so I’m not sure if it’s curly or straight
Lol but i think what she is saying is this product performs best when you use two stylers or combine it with a specific product! Some products might have less hold/whatever than you want, so its good to know when a product might not do it all for you so you can decide if its good value for you. Also, not trying to sound like a know it all or anything in case your comment was sarcastic and I read into it wrong!
can you please show us how looks your hair naturally (without products, no scrunch, naturally dry) and compare it with styled hair? please!! i love your videos ♥️
Ooh I’ve never thought of this 🤔 sounds like a great idea!!
that’ll probably not look good and frizzy
cow Juice that’s kinda the point lol
blinking white guy yes but why would she make a video on that everyone knows what it’s gonna look like lol
@@cowjuice7818 so they can compare it with their own hair type and see if she tackles the same problem areas as them
I just found you. So many of the curly hair girls have super long hair so I'm so happy I found you because your hair is about the same length as mine and same type of texture and curl. Plus your personality is so light and uplifting and I love it❤
Thank you so much!! So glad you’re here 🤍
I'm such a fan of that Ouidad gel and also the pravana leave-in spray!
Your hair is exactly like mine! No one else on videos has wavy like yours. Glad to find you.
I am having trouble with products. Thank you!
Faves for my fine, dense, wavy hair ...creams love the Curl Talk also BTZ Noodlehead and AG Recoil. Gels Aussie IF, BTZ Bada Bing (good cast) and Aveda Confixor gel (great but is a liquid gel). Thank you for making it easier for me to pick out a styling cream. I’m going to try the Briogeo!
Could you maybe in the future talk about how you would combine these products? For example do u always use like a cream and then something for hold (e.g. a gel) or do u also just use a cream or just a gel? What's the difference in the results?
Would love to hear about that and great video btw xx
I would love to see this video too.
wow you’re the first person i’ve seen who has my exact hair type (and haircut 😂)!! so glad i found your channel!
Briogeo products have become some of my favourites! Boucléme has a great Styler too :)
Just found this video, thinking of getting my haircut like your hair here and embracing my wavy hair😊
I LOVE your hair videos but I also love lifestyle videos! Excited for you & your channel.
thank you SO MUCH 🥺 I appreciate you!
I love the Ouidad gel so much :)
Any recommendations for thin, frizzy curly hair? Looking for volume!
Great video, thank you! I've been loving the Jane Carter Solution curl cream and Cantu curl whip mousse!
I love your layers! What should I ask my stylist to do to get layers like yours? Thanks! :)
Glam Belle just did a recent podcast comparing the NYM mousse on one side of her hair and the gel on the other side. The mousse looked so much better than the gel. Better curls and more shine. Thanks for your video!
Ooh I love her!! And thanks for watching ❤️
The cake curl whip mousse completely changed the game for me. I have a similar wave pattern so you should try it! Hated it at first then once i figured out how to use it was completely different
What did you do? My first go with it wasn’t great.
Caloci76 for me, I get the best results on second day hair. It doesn’t work great for me on wash day. We have the exact same hair type and length, but yours seems to cooperate a lot more!
Oh my for u don’t know how bad I needed this video!! Thank uuuuu!!!
❤️❤️
Been eyeing the Briogeo cream and you sold it for me. Adding it to my cart now! haha
I just started my journey of figuring out how to naturally defrizz and style my 2b/2c hair - actually, your videos were my inspiration! 🙂 This is probably super elementary, but have you tried Schwarzkopf Osis+ Bouncy Curls? Tiffany L NYM is buy one get one 50% off on Ulta right now.
Haha I’m so glad 😅 that does sound intriguing 🤩 I would love to try it!
@@dawnbassett6926 okay, thanks! 🙌
@@tabithagingerich I can let you know my first thoughts once I try it! ☺️🍰
you are so, so beautiful and articulate. thank you for breaking down what you like about each product!
That means so much, thank you!! 💕 I’m so glad I can be helpful 😊
Love your videos! Just wanted to say I have tried many gels and loved the curl keeper but have been using ouidad for years and it's still my fav! Don't think it is curly girl approved but I love it. I would describe it as a little watery.

Thanks for the video! 🙌 You're in such a pretty top!
Thank you! Have you tried Aveda Curl Enhancer?
I love your videos, especially at the end of a long day. You have a really calm presentation and I enjoy your content 💕💕 you should try the herbal essences volume mousse!
Thank you so much! That means a lot ❤️ ooh I’ve heard about that one!!
I love your videos! I just found you channel and I love that you don't follow CGM strictly. Congratulations on your house!
💕💕💕

Mercedes R I have the exact same problem.
My best tip would be to use strong hold gel/mousse/hair spray to hold it.
Use a diffuser and scrunch, scrunch, scrunch.
Using a Denman brush might help. It helps train your curls. Or also maybe try using less product.
We have the same hairtype so I'm buying everything you recommend.
Love AG recoil and AG mousse-gel!!
You’re such a wonderful lovely person. I wanted to know where did u dye ur hair and which colors u’ve used ?
Great video! I am just getting started embracing my wave instead of fighting it and am using your videos as my starting off point. Quick question would you put both the Shea styling lotion and briogeo cream in together or just use one or the other?
I love curl keeper and I have loose curls
Ooh haven’t tried that one! Looked up some result photos though 👀 gorg! Thanks for watching 🤍
Wait what porosity hair do you have and can we get an updated wash day routine♥️
Your hair is a lot like mine. Do you think slight layers is better than a one length? Or a shag?
Do you think the refresh version of the mousse is significantly different than the non refresh version? Idk if you've tried both
your hair is so beautiful! thanks for the tips, I am still figuring out what's best on my hair. another question, what blush are you wearing in that video, also your lips look beautiful!
i just commented on your diffusing vid that you need to do this video lol so glad i found your channel, we have similar hair types and cuts :)
So how many of these stylers do you use in one go and in what order?
Can you recommend product for fine, curly and frizzy hair?
Which hair cut ❤️
All the products u r talking about are curly good approve
Out of all the gels and mousse what do you recommend for definition and hold?
I'd be curious what you think about the curlsmith weightless airdry cream and either the hydro style flexi jelly or the in shower style fixer (harder hold). Also the Cake mousse is lovely!
Your hair is exactly like mine. I am glad you are on RUclips 😊 new subbie here❤️
🤍🤍🤍
Love your videos! Do you use the mousse and air dry your hair or diffuse. I only air dry my hair.
I do both depending on the day, but I usually air dry since I only recently started diffusing and I need to learn my way around it a bit better 😊
Does dying your hair change the texture of your hair or like the wave pattern. ‘Cause I want to dye my hair but I’m scared that it’ll ruin my hair 😰
If you bleach your hair it’s gonna make it dry and frizzier id recommend a conditioner based dye like arctic fox or overtone
You look so glowy!
Thank you!! 🥺
Hi just want to ask if you use a leave-in conditioner when you use a curlcream? I use leave-in with gel but not sure about curlcream. I have hair very similar to yours. Thanks!
I've been watching you for a while now 😍 love your videos! Have you tried the gels from Shea Moisture?
Thank you!! I actually haven’t tried any gels from them, I really should but I guess I haven’t seen many.. have you tried them? 😊
Have you tried the Mop top curly hair custard? Btw you look so beautiful HOW💗
I haven’t, but hair “custards” always sound so intriguing to me! I need to try that 😊 and thank you!! 😭
what's the sequence you use each type of product? Saying you like it is good to know, but I'm just learning...
How often do you wash your hair with a sulfate shampoo to get rid of silicone build up?
I’m using a purple shampoo atm for my lighter hair, and it has sulfates, so I use that about every other week. I have a natural shampoo bar that I feel like does good at clarifying so I use that on the off weeks! I’ve been using acv on my scalp along with it sometimes to help remove buildup.. 😊
I love Not Your Mother’s line so much but for some reason the gel leaves my hair feeling like straw but I’ve seen so many other people love it.
Are you protein sensitive? The gel has rice amino acids and keratin protein so that could be it🧐
Ok, first and foremost, I am SO GLAD I FOUND YOU.
THANK YOU!! I’m so glad it worked for you 😊 and I’ve been wanting to try carols daughter for the longest time, I need to get on it!
What cut do you have?
I heard that I you have frizzy hair that means that your hair is actually wavy or curly I’ve been straightening my hair for like 10 years so I’m not sure if it’s curly or straight
Are VERB products organic?
curl talk cream is not approved but the ingredient that is a no-no.. I’m not sure what is wrong w using it. It comes from mineral oil I believe.
Wow, so early, the first video I click on after scrolling for ages, because I have the same waves as you...
So glad you’re here ❤️ yay we share hair types 🙃
I‘ve never been this early before
Haha congrats 😍❤️
Are you Native American?
😃👍🏽
All of a sudden RUclipsrs are building houses. Where at? How much? Pretty sure not in California... too expensive here 😩
“I’ve been using it with other products if that makes sense”. How would that not make sense??? What’s confusing about that ??
Lol but i think what she is saying is this product performs best when you use two stylers or combine it with a specific product! Some products might have less hold/whatever than you want, so its good to know when a product might not do it all for you so you can decide if its good value for you.
Also, not trying to sound like a know it all or anything in case your comment was sarcastic and I read into it wrong!
