Elliott Wave Basics

Basic Technical Analysis is necessary for both Investors and trading as the trend is primary to success in Markets. While most classic technical analysis tools like moving averages momentum indicators like RSI Stochastics and MACD along with swing trading and candlesticks try to ride a trend none of them are forecasting in nature. These tools are useful but Elliott Wave Analysis provides an added edge of being able to determine the primary trend and then trade in that direction. How do you know what the primary or major cycle degree trend is? The video describes the basic rules or tenets of counting Elliott Waves to do so. This video will get you through what you need to know to understand any EW analysis that you come across anywhere and determine if it is using the techniques correctly. subhash chand The Auto generated model uses end of day prices to back test. Accordingly we execute trades on the same day just before market closing to mimic the back test. If you do it next day morning results drop by half.
