Trouble in Paradise! - CosWheel CT20 e-bike Review

- The bike shut off because I didn't lock the bike battery tightly when I installed it. After reinstalling the battery the bike no longer unexpectedly shuts down.
If you purchase the CT20 please check to see if the battery is locked, the screws on the bike are tight, and the tires have enough air pressure before riding the bike.

I had bad expirience wich i never had in my life.
I bought one bike CT20 2 months ago, and 2 weeks ago i decided to buy one more pcs.
I paid it, customer cancelled order by themselves and refund me money but 400usd less.
They blocked me on facebook and deleted all comments and stoped answer my emails.
Terrible aftersales.
If you are real serious company you would refund my money and appologized to me!!!
Sounds like too many issue with that bike and a shop that doesn't want to work on it again. It's a big NO from me Dawg.
