My dear, whether it is mentioned or not those kids know what private part is more than you adult. It's better they start hearing that it is not good to joke with their bodies now. Even sex education now is advised to be inculcated at a young age because if you don't teach them the truth & shy away from it, they will still learn the wrong things outside Zion.
