    After watching the video I came to know that for comparison based questions focus on advantages and disadvantages.Here the topic sentence is about side rails so all the paragraph will speak about side rails.option B says about bed rail related accidents.One more strategy is absolute (unacceptable levels) is present.So we can eliminate the option B.Option C says about patient's condition so eliminate this option.🌹Thank you father for the wonderful strategies 🌹

    My learning experience as follows
    ❤This is a purpose based question so you have to focus on the topic sentence or the gist of the paragraph to locate the correct answer.
    ❤ ignore the examples and subject compliments to hasten your reading.
    ❤The B and C options are talking about different things but the question is about the incinator.Tje topic Sentence explains how to keep the high incinator temperature hence to maximize its efficiency.

    My learning experience
    The email is remainding staff that the
    a) (Benefits) to patients of using (bedrails)can outweight the dangers
    b) number of (bedrail related )accidents has reached (unacceptable level)
    c) (Patients condition)
    should be central to any decision about the use of bedrails
    Option b is absolute unacceptable
    Option c is talking about patient condion not realed to the paragraph
    Option b,c is Eliminate answer is A
