MUCH LOVE
The VERY first-time I meditated, after about 45 minutes, I saw something. And, I don't mean I saw some hazy colors, or something which I could barely make out. I saw something with clarity and precision the likes I've which I've never experienced before in my minds eye.
I didn't know anything about meditation, I still don't really. But, this thing that I saw was terrifying, powerful, enchanting, and somehow meaningful.
I didn't want to look away, but I was literally getting scared, and I do NOT frighten easily.
I couldn't fathom what I was looking at, it looked like MACHINERY or TECHNOLOGY, but it was MORE than that. It almost seemed alive, or as if the entire universe was somehow inside it.
At the time, I could only describe it as something SIMILAR to a 3-dimensional octagon. It's shell (or the outside) seemed to be metallic, and there was a HOLE in each facet (flat-sides of the 3-dimensional octagon), and from the hole radiated a DEEP BLUE LIGHT. The blue was NOT warm or inviting, it was COLD and calculating (and this is what really began to scare me.)
So, the next day, I got on Google, did a tiny bit of research, and I saw what's known as a "Merkabah."
I was SHOCKED to see the VERY thing I saw was ASSOCIATED with meditation. I've tried a couple times to find-out any "theories" on what it is, or what people thinks it means, but to no avail.

What does pulse mean?
@@MsQLUV when ur eyes are in an upward direction, quickly shoot your gaze down as far as it goes. 9/10 times it feels a certain way, like a pulse of energy I guess,

Cross your eyes and roll them up and then back down to the tip of your nose...this helps creset each chakr

the meditation is for people who have taken a course, but meditation is also described in the book "The Flower of Life", written by Drunvalo.
Is there an explanation of what fingers 1/2/3/4 are? Just so I can get a better map of the meditation. Please and thank-you
Refer to The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life Volume 2, by Drunvalo Melchizedek. For a quick explanation though, breath 1, is tips of thumb and pointer finger touching (both hands), breath 2 is thumb and middle finger, breath 3 is thumb and ring finger, breath 4 is thumb and pinky finger. Then breath 5 starts over with thumb and pointer finger, 6th breath is thumb and middle finger, and 7th breath is thumb and tips of both pointer and middle finger together, which you hold for breaths 7-14, and for the final 3 breaths, you place your right palm on top of your left palm and connect the thumb tips (left palm on top for males)!

Pls clarify what "inhale + specific numbers" means... Is it... Duration in seconds??
Is there any Merkaba meditations made by Drunvalo's wife? I would love to get her technique....I find his very difficult bc it is such a male way to do it....too logical for me and I get lost in the steps amd counting etc. I would rather feel my way into the energy of it. Anyone else have this issue?

Why no explanation of what you're saying? This is clearly only for people who know what you mean by tetra-whatever, eyes movement, finger position and pulse.

I had to stop doing this early but a few minutes before I felt a heat on my left breast getting hotter. I couldn’t understand because I thought it was a chakra exercise and I supposed the chakras formed a straight line pattern and that my heart chakra wasn’t located directly where my heart was. After I felt my left chest and it was hotter, after I moved around my left got hot but I still feel the steam from my left breast.
