@@tellusrs7773 i learn to play loki yesterday and i realise that loki can be tank, dps, and support at the same time. if you know how to play it you can carry the game with loki, its just compared to other support, loki is the hardest to play. that's why not many people play loki and of course loki have a great escape tools too
I think its wild to hear you calling Psylocke a high skill Hero while showing a clip of a Psylocke panic casting her ultimate because she failed to take out a Spiderman LMAO
Actually the ideal target for her ultimate is 2, maybe 3 Squishies if they're unorganized or 1 tanky. And psylocke being high paced, ideally you wanna use your ultimate quickly as possible to stagger enemy team then charge up a new one.
Happens all the time to me and I’m a support main, I dink them in the head with mantis after a sleep or a Luna freeze and I’m getting solo ulted by a psylocke, spider man, star lord, or iron fist. Can’t help but laugh at what a waste
Namor is a sleeper. If you don’t destroy the creatures then its a free win. He easily takes care of people like spider man/ iron fist. Added with Luna and the extra creature with the slow is crazy.

Namor's creatures disappears in what 5 seconds? - Loki's healing rune adds another three target signs above the illusion heads for people to waste time shooting -Loki's illusions have decent HP and far better placement due to ability range.
Most stuff are preety agreed upon. What is not is like, black widow. Her damage per difficulty to aim ratio is somewhat debatable. I'd say she is strong but some people place there at the bottom.

Namor being on bottom tiers really confuses me, I do incredibly well with him all the time and I don't think I'm that great yet. His octopus turrets are super devastating if someone comes around the corner to attack and you pin them with your alt they are just destroyed.
Turret characters aren’t the most engaging archetype so not sure why you’re surprised Summon octopus, press immune when dived on, nuke ult, rinse and repeat
No offense, but it's maybe like picking Aqua man when you could play super man or bat man. There are more heros with better "cool" factor. Not saying Namor is a bad character, just a lot of awesome choices :)
Man I absolutely hate Hela. Has the most boring dps kit and every kill screen from her is just holding left click. She's honestly a better Hawkeye/Widow at this point with faster consistent dps.

I don't think the conclusions you came to are quiete right. Saying that dps is the easier role to rank up because of most of the top500 are dps doesn't take into consideration the fact that dps is the most popular role, so obviously more people are going to reach the top as dps. Just like saying Hela is the easiest character to rank up with is not correct. She requires top level mechanical skill to get the most out of her. So I think there's a bit of a misinterpretation of the data going on.
my guess from this data is mantis is prolly the best solo q character u can manage a lot of elements of the fight with her without needing teammates to do anything but play the game 😂
I think the thing is that people either gravitate to characters that they personally find fun, or they just play a character that is broken, or there are characters that are broken if played well. I think the game is so new that there could be some hidden gem characters that people are just overlooking because they are either playing them poorly or other factors.
I went 40-0 on my first Psylocke game. Wouldn't exactly call her a high skill character. Good video though. Necros Tier list is the most accurate from my experience.

Yeah, this is incredibly accurate. I've seen a lot of Namors in my lobbies. His main strength is how strong he is at holding down a position and poking enemies. Plus with luna mantis meta his dmg is insane
That split on roles making it to top 500 reflects the distribution of characters in the game pretty closely. This is w good sign. Really seems like you can do well with just about anyone in this game should you choose to "main" them.

Hela and Psylocke just have very good primary attacks which is why they're played. Primary weapons are super inconsistent in this game, some DPS have absurd primary damage while others like Storm just do tickle damage - I think that's one aspect of the game that needs some balancing.
I really enjoy Namor, I haven't played a ton of characters, but he's really straight forward and the octopus are so clutch. It's even better when you get the team synergy which allows you a third icy octopus.
The trick with namor is to hold onto your charges until you want to bust someone down. It doesnt really matter if they destroy your turrets quick as long as you delete the intended target, they have done what they need to do
Honestly, it didn't surprise me that Namor and Loki were so high up. I've seen a lot of people rank them low on their personal tier lists, but: Namor is a projectile version of Hela (which means he's less consistent, but still similar), with a personal immortality button and auto-aim turrets. Loki completely negates his team dying, almost like having a mini Luna Snow ult on cooldown.
the first time i play this game my main is star lord, but after try other heroes and now my main is loki. it's just really fun to play him, like trolling the enemy and other stuff. but i still learning how to optimize his skills
Something I’ve been wondering is what will happen when all the seasonal bonuses go away in season 1 and heroes like Hela don’t have their anchor passives at all times regardless of team comp anymore. Hela has a 20% damage bonus for existing atm and I feel like that’s significantly contributing to how strong she is
@@zoulogist9171 nah, sure he gets massively buffed with great hela, but his base kit is super strong, you have no idea what ult he can steal for his team when needed, if a team is pushing he can use a healer ult like snow or an ult like hela when theyre all bunched up, he negates incoming pushes/ults with his lshift, he can survive divers, and he does both aoe healing AND damage whenever he shoots ur frontline players

Yes consistency, but consider the fact that pro players using hard characters is even harder since their opponents are competent enough to counter them with ease if they don't play well.

The problem is that Hela absolutely wrecks Spiderman. Also, Spiderman usually only works for one round. Once the enemy team catches onto you being good on him they will counter pick you and make sure you die any time you try and go in. I use him a lot in the first round and then swap off of him. I'm currently Gold 1.
no big surprise to see Hela at the top this early - 'click heads' is easily transferable from other games and requires no strategy that is specific to this game. I am also not surprised to see loki on this list. When he has his ult, your team is one button away from having whichever ult is most useful right this instant from among characters on either team. I have not seen this ability discussed as much as I think is deserved.
as a luna snow main I'd like to recommend fellow support players do not use a yellow cross hair because teammates glow yellow when they need healing, try green.
Honestly with namor I can see it it’s hard to hit those little buggers and they have strong auto target damage and more range then sym turrets making strategic placement the bane of a lot of dps
People put Mantis and Luna so high up in lists, with the argument that they can survive a duelist flank. Meanwhile Loki has 2 escapes. Good heals. Possibly game changing ults.
@@bruvh29 Venom alone is easy to play into if your team has a brain, don't waste cooldowns the second he jumps in cause he cant kill you if you get any healing whatsoever, just sleep or freeze when he pops shields and he dies. Meta atm is poke not dive, after Hela and Hawkeye nerfs you'll likely see Venom more often
I knew namor would be good, I played him around a bit in training since I’m not a duelist main(I’m a strategist) but I could tell he would be a sleeper pick Also knew Loki would be up there he’s my main and I saw a lot of ppl throwing him towards the bottom I will say I was really expecting Thor too be up purely based on how hela I played
Tier lists are only different when it comes to mid and bottom tiers. Pretty much everyone agrees that Hela, Hawkeye, Strange, Luna and Mantis are the top-5.

There are gonna come out new heroes with new team ups, the meta is gonna change. Also, hela has a 20% dmg team up buff this season and after it ends she is gonna be way less meta.
there will for sure be some more shake ups besides Hela she is just easily the best character in the entire game and is good in every situation unlike every other character

Hella more like hella broken Stränge is there becuase he can block hella ult by jumping up with shield under her. Psylocke also one of the only hella killers. Everything is revolving around hella.
I knew the top tier was Penny, Thor,Psyloche,Namor.I felt like Namor was good because of his Projectiles,pets.Magik all she needs is more health and it's game over.
Magik could be 300hp but mainly she needs her original shield generation from the beta. They heavily nerfed the shields she got from her passive. Honestly if they made her more tanky she would be a solid off-tank
I'm not too focused on sweating so I main wolverine alot, he is a perfect counter for strange, I melt his ass almost every time lol. Tackle him away from the healer and he's usually dead before they can react to it.
What's crazy is IMO Dr Strange isn't even op he is just perfectly designed and does everything your frontline wants to do + has a TP for "lore reasons" kek But seriously, hope other new characters are designed like this - don't feel unfair vs, feels good to play as Simple but good skill expression too
Loki is a bit slept on IMO, his clones let him have incredible healing or damage. His healing field can completely deny ultimates such as Psylocke's and he has two fantastic repositioning tooks with one of the best ults in the game.
I agree, but he'll continue being slept on until more players develop their skills. Loki definitely has one of the highest skill ceilings in the game, so I predict he'll be S tier when enough people figure him out.
This is way too shocking... Strange must be HEAVILY team skill level dependant or smt then cause I can box his ass out as Iron Fist in Diamond lobbies when I catch him away from team

When I played my first few ranked games (everyone starts in bronze 3) I had an Iron Man with 98 elims. But once you get into silver he becomes more normal/average in terms of impact. Even in silver it's mainly filled with Hela one tricks with good aim and it's quite boring.

I’m actually pretty surprised to see how much sense this list made because it honestly lines up with even my experience at low ranks. I feel like I do so much more on strange than any other tank and same with strategist.

It’s harder to hard carry as a tank or healer. A killer dps on a strong hero like Hawkeye can wipe the floor with the other team.

Loki's regen domain can counter a surprising number of ults, on a 25 sec cooldown too.

as a luna snow main I'd like to recommend fellow support players do not use a yellow cross hair because teammates glow yellow when they need healing, try green.
Honestly with namor I can see it it’s hard to hit those little buggers and they have strong auto target damage and more range then sym turrets making strategic placement the bane of a lot of dps
Hela has hitscan high damage AA like Adam, but adam has half the damage , so im not surprised
People put Mantis and Luna so high up in lists, with the argument that they can survive a duelist flank. Meanwhile Loki has 2 escapes. Good heals. Possibly game changing ults.
Mantis amd Luna also have game changing ults and these 2 do great damage as well. Mantis is almost duellist levels of damage

@@bruvh29 Venom alone is easy to play into if your team has a brain, don't waste cooldowns the second he jumps in cause he cant kill you if you get any healing whatsoever, just sleep or freeze when he pops shields and he dies. Meta atm is poke not dive, after Hela and Hawkeye nerfs you'll likely see Venom more often
Venom is pretty mid.
Helas numbers are going to drop significantly with the bans in Diamond+ before Season 1 launches (no more 20% damage boost for dps).
I knew namor would be good, I played him around a bit in training since I’m not a duelist main(I’m a strategist) but I could tell he would be a sleeper pick
Also knew Loki would be up there he’s my main and I saw a lot of ppl throwing him towards the bottom
I will say I was really expecting Thor too be up purely based on how hela I played
Loki can survive perhaps better than all the other heros which really helps.

Pretty much everyone agrees that Hela, Hawkeye, Strange, Luna and Mantis are the top-5.
And that iron man and hulk are pretty bad right now

Dr strange is direct counter to Hella since u can just block her ult by jumping straight on her face in her ult & blocking with shield

I main groot and the thing I hate doing is out performing my duelist 😂. I think it's because its hard to secure a kill on groot
I do hope that people still experiment here and there with other comps and heroes since I always look forward to meta shake ups and it would be a bit disappointing if people figured it out that early
There are gonna come out new heroes with new team ups, the meta is gonna change. Also, hela has a 20% dmg team up buff this season and after it ends she is gonna be way less meta.

Was thinking the same thing. Don't know how rampant it actually is, but I've seen videos. If you're going to cheat she's the one.

Stränge is there becuase he can block hella ult by jumping up with shield under her. Psylocke also one of the only hella killers. Everything is revolving around hella.
I knew the top tier was Penny, Thor,Psyloche,Namor.I felt like Namor was good because of his Projectiles,pets.Magik all she needs is more health and it's game over.
Magik could be 300hp but mainly she needs her original shield generation from the beta. They heavily nerfed the shields she got from her passive. Honestly if they made her more tanky she would be a solid off-tank

I'm not too focused on sweating so I main wolverine alot, he is a perfect counter for strange, I melt his ass almost every time lol. Tackle him away from the healer and he's usually dead before they can react to it.
I mean, there is a wolverine in the top 500 so...

Loki is a bit slept on IMO, his clones let him have incredible healing or damage. His healing field can completely deny ultimates such as Psylocke's and he has two fantastic repositioning tooks with one of the best ults in the game.
I agree, but he'll continue being slept on until more players develop their skills. Loki definitely has one of the highest skill ceilings in the game, so I predict he'll be S tier when enough people figure him out.

When I played my first few ranked games (everyone starts in bronze 3) I had an Iron Man with 98 elims. But once you get into silver he becomes more normal/average in terms of impact. Even in silver it's mainly filled with Hela one tricks with good aim and it's quite boring.

@@Zenthe_ Payload map (Japan), both sides, then halfway both sides. Yes he actually got 98 lol it was insane. I have destroyed iron mans by sneaking up with Magik even, he really needs more movement speed honestly, which will make him do the same damage but he can get away from danger better.
