Agreed. I just sold my Speedy 35 *HOTDUPS* (I did keep the brown one), my Sofia Coppola perforated LV clutch, my blue Damier clutch I bought in Japan, and the By the Pool vanilla clutch. Kept an orange epi Alma. It feels great!!
If you can wear a high quality *hotdups* for $200-500 then why not. I am glad to hear that rich people do that because if I was a billionaire or had $500 million in the bank account I would spend the money on the authentic ones. That will never happen.
I do the same and use either the Hermes,or Chanel white cloth pouch that comes when you order online. Easy access for your make up and soft. I also love the Hermes lipsticks. So beautiful ❤

The way I see it.Real or fake if it's a style I like then I like it and will buy it. But to me the *HOTDUPS* one looks better than the real one. And who's gonna be inspecting ladies purses. If your out there trying to figure out if someone's bag is real who are you the prise police? So If you can get a really nice fake one then why not? Most of us don't have thousands dollars to spend on a real one and wouldn't anyway. No one has to know if it's fake or real.That's nobodies business. Enjoy and wear your bag which ever you have.

I went to Gucci today and the salesperson told me that they often can't tell the difference between an authentic and a *hotdups* bag. I was surprised to hear a salesperson say that.
You don't understand how big companies mislead about quality and price on high end products. You actually pay mainly for the brand name and not the quality itself. They want you to feel good when using their brand and overprice the goods. Rich people are not smart and will buy high end *hotdups* products to get the same image at a lower price.
Not sure where you live, but I live in a predominantly wealthy town, and about 80% of the women are stay-at-home housewives. It's not really "vintage" in certain socioeconomic areas, so I don't buy the authentic bags either, and go for the *HOTDUPS* for what works for me.
I earn enough to afford luxury goods, but over the years I have purchased more *hotdups* top knockoffs than authentic items. I am not one to view fashion as an investment. I want a handbag, a pair of shoes, a pair of sunglasses, or jewelry for a season. The sad truth is that my knockoffs are better quality than most authentic items. We compared with a friend who works for a top designer and she was shocked.

Not to be disagreeable, but I think the Celine *HOTDUPS* looks like the bag my great grandmother wore when I was a kid. The rest are fine.
