I actually have done ramen noodles with cheese, but the cheese was shredded, not salsa con queso. Doesn't mean that I'm not interested in trying it that way. I could put beef or cheese on it for a ramen taco type dish.

Spicy Nacho Doritos are also my absolute favorite! I also will add on a sandwich or inside a hot pocket for crunch. They're also good with bean dip, yum. I don't do peanut butter and jelly, but I LOVE peanut butter and honey 😋🤤🤤
I eat my noodles the same...... Crunch them up, not a lot of water, add seasoning and you can add cheese slice while hot so it melts.
