I love the ending with him walking over the chasm on the papers to his desk. It really shows how much he trusts his words and if they fail him, he'll fall to his (political) death.
I love how he's all victorious and he's looking back on his messed up life and how he un-messed it, and it made me all confident in him, and then he says "the Reynolds pamphlet" and my mind goes FUCK.
I like the whole idea of Ham using people to work his way up in life. How he isn't quite concerned who he affects with his actions, as long as it brings him to the top.
I was in so much awe at this animatic that I had to re-wind to make sure my eyes weren't deceiving me when I read "dear Eliza, you have the most special kidney. Kiss Alex" I fucking lost it man
I just thought of something Pov: You were one of the people who helped a kid named Alexander Hamilton go to New York to get a degree. One-day you see him in the papers as Secretary of Treasury and as time goes on you get older and you watch this kid you knew grow up and become one of the most influential people, and you feel proud of him, and then one day you wake up and check the paper to see an article about "The Renyolds Pamphlet" your heart sinks

You are so lucky you get to have that moment in history class where you are the only one who knows so much on Alexander Hamilton, unfortunately i won't get that moment because i don't even live in America so it isn't apart of my country's history.
Philip: Mommy... why is Daddy talking to the sky again Eliza: It's okay Philip Daddy has only gone crazy again Edit: Thank you everyone for the likes. I did not expect this to blow up as much as it did. Anyway, thank you all and I hope you have a great day!
Maria couldnt be jealous, she was so ashamed when he wrote the Reynolds pamphlet to expose their affair, though she was forced to be into it while Alexander was forced to pay for it. :(
By far my most favorite hamilton animatic. Why you may ask? For me it's how they invisioned the song. It shows his memorys into sections and his papers pathing the way, it's so beautiful. He is looking back at his memorys and his papers, people, and himself are looking back or down on hinself. I just love the concept and the view of the art style.
1:28 this is my favorite part both in the animatic and the song. It’s basically a summary of the song, and it’s so powerful because while the rest of the song showed his story, this part just Hamilton stating it. It’s so satisfying to me I think, that the song sort of comes full circle. I love how you made this moment with just Hamilton speaking to the camera. It makes it so much more personal in my opinion and that more believable. I mean the line “And when my prayers to God were met with indifference, I picked up a pen I wrote my own deliverance” is kind of our view on it. It kind of is the summary of the whole play.
I have always found the second act of hamilton after "world turned upside down" to be not nearly as good as the first half. This is the gem of the last half of the play. So powerful and exemplifies Hamilton as a character.
This- this honestly deserves so, SO much more views. GAH!!! The ending with flashbacks of Eliza and Alexander crying had me SHOOK. (Yes, I did tear up a bit as well)
I am at a loss for words, honesty, it's breath taking, it's beautiful. I struggle to find an animatics that does such beautiful metaphorical ways of his movements.
I love how only like Ham and the few others are so polished while the background is rough. Here's a thought though, what if at the end when he they/he says 'the reynolds pamphlet' and like everything drops ( him and the desk fall, fast tilt down) and then he hits the floor, papers fluttering around him and he looks up. (the reynolds pamphlet has been playing at this point(well continued i mean)) and everything around him is reacting to it and he watches from the floor with terror and anxiousness on his face(he's wondering how they'll react)
You're right good idea and, a nice review though I would make a few changes to your idea: Alex should fall but He grabs the papers holding up the desk, but suddenly Jefferson shows up and makes Alex fall and at the bottom Angelica is there, angry at him for what he did, and then then He falls deeper in, where he finds Eliza crying and burning the letters He wrote, Her and then even deeper where he finds Burr with a pistol ready to shoot. That is all i could think of i hope you like it.

This interpretation of hurricane just blows me away. The idea itself is amazing, the expressions are lifelike, and the drawings themselves are breathtaking. All in all, congrats. You really deserve an award.
This was amazing! Such beautiful drawings and intense expressions! The papers flying around just gave this all the better symbolism! The ending broke my heart but I think that made this all the more powerful, once again, beautiful work
Honestly, the staircase of papers was a beautiful vision, and all of this was seriously astounding. The drawings, the scenes, I can't express how astounding this is.
1:53 Incase you don’t get da memes, basically when hammy says “I couldn’t seem to die.” And burr says “Wait for it!” It sounds like he means “Wait to die.” Or “You’ll die eventually.” =P
