Even though I’ve seen all these, I’m always buzzing when I find ‘A Haunting’ in my notifications! Thank you for making my evening. Much love from England 🏴😍😘
I totally agree. And I always immediately check it out to see if it's one that I've actually not seen and missed over the years, and sometimes I find one!!!😊😊
I can't help but laugh 😂 about the first house. Renters not being able to stay longer than 6 months and abruptly moves out SHOULD mean something right? But yet the landlord keeps renting it out to people and raises the security deposit each time. Knowing that people won't last long staying in the house. 🤔 "Do u believe in ghosts?" No? Great I have a house for u. 😂
STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT THESE BEING OLDER EPISODES. This show isn't making new episodes anymore. They can't upload new ones, so quit damn complaining! Be grateful you're getting to watch full episodes for free!
For real. There was only two seasons of this show. Complaining about them being old episodes isn't going to change that. It is going to waste energy however. Energy better used to learn about these kinds of things.
There are so many others that are out there kinda the same as these nothing brand new but Discovery+ has a few good ones I agree whole heartedly on the complaining by the look of the show you can tell they are old lol
It’s really sad when a priest isn’t sound enough in his faith to do a proper blessing of the house I really don’t understand why the are always nonbelievers of ghost and always afraid. I grew up catholic and have always believed in ghost and spirits and demons and the devil and heaven. That’s what boggles the mind so much about these priests.
Yes I totally agree. Priests who tell you ghosts and demon don’t exist or ones that do a runner at the first bit of creepiness, are clearly in the wrong job!
In 2004 or 05 LaChance posted his Story on a Paranormal Message Board I was on. What strikes me is how much his story has changed over time. Things that make you go "hmmm".
Well, maybe the show "tweaked" it a bit, for better viewing. All reality shows are known to do this. I'm guessing your direct from the source experience is much closer to the truth. I have never lived or stayed for an extended period of time in a home that didn't have some activity. I lived in a very active house for a little over 20 years. Many experiences were shared between multiple people. When some of us would reminisce about them, one might forget certain details, and the others would remind them. My husband and I lived there for a few things. But nothing to the extent that happened when I was younger. My parents and only brother are all passed on now. And I am no longer in contact with, or they too have passed, the people who witnessed things. So I'm sure my memories aren't exactly what happened. But the gist is still engraved in my memory. Like the time my mom was in the bathroom, my brother and I in our respective bedrooms, all with our (solid oak) doors closed. We were all drawn to look at the doors when we heard a creaking sound, watched the doors bow in several inches (not natural in any way), then with a sonic BOOM all of the doors burst open with force. The bathroom door knocked over this shelving we kept towels in over. My brother's door knocked a framed picture off the wall, shattering glass and wood everywhere. My door left a dent from the doorknob in the lathe wall. (The house was well over 100 years old at the time.) Everyone's initial reaction was that one of the other of us had done this to their door. But we quickly realized that none of us were anywhere near any of the doors, even our own. All of the rooms were very large. The smallest (mine) was 20'x30', the bathroom was a converted bedroom, with the toilet as far from the door as you could get. My brother was lounging on a full sized couch that fit in an alcove opposite his door, at least as far away as mom was from her door. That SCARED us. Mom immediately had a firm "conversation" with whoever had done this. 🤣 On a separate occasion, I was asleep in the middle of a California King waterbed, in what had previously been my brother's room. I was woken up by the feeling of a freezing cold, thin and boney hand grabbing my arm HARD. I opened my eyes to see an old woman, with her hair up in a bun, and wearing a high necked black (Victorian) dress. She screamed "I SAID GET OUT!!!" and yanked me out of the bed. I flew threw the air around 10', crashing into my open door before hitting the floor. My parents heard what the woman yelled from the other room. They heard me hit the door and floor. My mom came running to see what had happened. I was bruised from the door and floor. And I had a DARK bruise in the shape of the hand on my arm, where she grabbed me. There was zero possibility that I could have "fallen" out of bed the way I did. The angle of the handprint on my arm was physically impossible for me to have made (it was the same hand as it was my arm for one thing, but also angled so I could never have used my other hand to do it). Again, my mom had a "conversation" with the ghost, letting her know she was NOT to touch, or especially harm anyone in the house. Years later, my 14yo stepdaughter was living with us in the house. She was a troubled soul, and her presence stirred up A LOT of activity. She was throwing a tantrum about something when the hanging light fixture began swaying. I was standing in the hall, getting yelled at by her, when I noticed it moving. It then started swinging in a circle FAST. I was trying to get her out of the room, not knowing what was going to happen. She threw herself dramatically on the bed that was directly under the fixture when it stopped moving. Suddenly there was a loud and growing buzzing sound, and all 5 lightbulbs exploded, showering powdered glass in a circle around the bed. Oddly, not a speck of glass landed on the bed or my stepdaughter. But it certainly got her attention. And she moved back in with her mom shortly after. These are just a sample of the thousands of experiences from that house. The people who moved in after us actually called me because they too had tons of experiences. 90% are actually good. Can't find the car keys, they'll audibly drop on the floor nearby, but not anywhere near where they might have fallen. I used to get paid in cash, and lost a full pay envelope when I was 18. When I was 25, and in danger of having the electric and phone turned off if I didn't pay that day, I heard a rustling sound come from an empty closet. My lost pay envelope was on the floor there. It was completed empty because we had just had the entire room, including the closet carpeted, and hadn't put more than the main furniture back. There wasn't anywhere it could have dropped from. But there was just enough to pay all of my bills, fill the gas tank, and even get my son and I a kids meal to share on the way home. (My parents had the carpet installed, I was the broke one in charge of household bills. Multi-generational household.) So, they weren't always bad or scary, but definitely were always there.
I haven't seen any of them. Between 2001 & 2011 I couldn't watch anything to do with "the other side." My daughter's dad was killed in the WTC when she was in 9th grade. I used to have this terrible recurring dream where he would look right through me and never be able to see me standing right in front of him. I had it every single night until May 2, 2011. The only episode I remember is the Allen House one and that's because I read about it in 1986. I didn't feel true evil until my life intersected with Osama bin Laden's sick ass. I was abused as a child & placed in foster care; still that wasn't as evil as the things that man thought of doing to people and animals. It's a good thing they tied the shroud onto his body when they buried him at sea.
It was never alive that is not good but the ghost in the basement was very much alive and it was protecting it from the other one until they removed him from the house it had anywhere in the house to go 😢😮and make things happen that were not good
Usual narrative: either a divorced mother/father with kids move into a spooky house. Boyfriend or girlfriend from the local community moves in. Hubby/boyfriend reacts in juvenile fashion at first when paranormal starts.
Casting out evil spirits. 1. Know that Jesus is God, and love him with all your heart. 2. Get baptized by a trinitarian church. Preferably Eastern Orthodox or Catholic. 2.5. Try to truly live without sinning. 3. Go to confession and confess all your evil doing, whether you did them willingly or unwillingly. 3.5. Start studying the Christian Bible. 4. Fast, meaning no animal food or any food derived from animals for 21 full days. 5. While still fasting, receive the body and blood of christ and know that it is truly the body and blood of christ. 6. Acknowledge you are, were, and always will be a sinner. (Humble yourself before the Lord, Jesus Christ). 7. Ask Christ to come into your life and ask him to use you as the vessel he uses to do battle with the demons. 8. Begin the battle.
With these sisters stuff keeps happening in the house why does the one sister keep coming over to watch the kid there ? Why doesn’t she just grab the kid take him to her house? Really kinda dumb. Why sit in a haunted house all day when they’re both scared

1 thing I don't understand why American house must have basement to put their things? When the house get flooded, how many hours and hard work just to clean up,so inconvenient, all house just like that, full of story and horrors, why apartment don't ? Tell me that land of America is stolen from native Indian,
We have basements in the Midwestern united states because we have tornados. The basement gives some protection against the severe weather that can lift roofs right off the house and turn the place into a pile of rubble. Without storm cellars, more people would die.

So predatory
Sounds like my old landlord...lol
i feel disgusted instead..about the landlord...pushing tenants in despair knowingly and milking them out at the same time
Landlords are parasites on society.
Of course they don't care its about money

Mistake number 1, sending them to the basement. Everyone knows that ghosts love basements.
Shut up meg
Attics too. It's not always just rats up there.
No such thing as ghosts. Only demons
And attics
It's so nice to view something like this without commentary throughout...tks
