I was due to get married on the 2nd of January and was going to sing this to my wife at our reception for our first dance as a surprise. We went to see Ed in Leeds in November and I cried when he did this song. I was imagining her on our wedding day in her dress and her beautiful hair. She saw I was crying but I never told her why. We're no longer together. This was a beautiful cover. Nice to hear it with a female voice.
Oh mate sorry to here that, but I feel exactly the same way, we are going to Ed's concert on January and when he sings this song I will propose...wish me luck :)

It's commonplace to leave a "Great job!" on covers you come across on RUclips whether it's really good or not, but this is one of the best you'll find. Amazing voice
A couple years ago when my wife and I got married (informal wedding), I slapped together a playlist for the reception and didn't think anything of it. The night went on making memories and laughing with friends and family. One song stopped and another one started. I grabbed my wife and told her we needed to have a first dance. It was this song and your rendition makes me relive all those wonderful memories. Sometimes when I play this song for her she gets choked up and sometimes I do. this is astoundingly beautiful. I've watched covers on RUclips for 7 years and this is the best I've ever seen. I feel like giving up playing the guitar after watching this.
