There is glaring difference between Raila's appointees and Uhuru's. Whenever Raila gets a chance he looks at all tribes within his fold and try as much as possible to distribute to all tribes. The others only appoint their tribes men. Why couldn't Uhuru appoint even Matiangi? Let us give Raila credit for being the only none tribal leader in Kenya.
