I missed this tour last week. This house is absolutely beautifully made. The bedrooms are very nice sized and it flowed so well. That backyard landscaping was breathtaking. Loved this entire tour.
I'm from the Northeast, and I cannot understand why these new model homes have home theaters and game rooms on the upper level floors. IMO they should be away from where the bedrooms are located. None of these homes have basements? Or is it just me.
It's a different climate here. We get a lot of rain during the seasons sometimes, so basements wouldn't be ideal. Some builders do have game rooms and theater rooms on the first level. Just a matter of selecting which builder and floor plan. 😉
🤔 Not bad but looking at it after the fact, it seems whoever is stuck with bed/bath #3 is s.o.l.. These days everybody has a flatscreen. There's no place to put a TV where the natural light won't shine all over it and ruin the picture. The curtains would stay constantly closed if you're watching it during daylight. The master bath is just as big as the garage, wow. The part where cameraman entered the shower could have been reduced, pushed in towards the drain giving them 2 windows instead of 3. Also, those 2 shower nozzles go from 2 to 1. Who wants to shower away from their partner like they're in a gym shower. If anything, place them directly across from each other so there HAS to be some touching no matter what, lol. That way the master closet can get a "wardrobe island" put in for her, a full length mirror and small cushy chair to sit in while she thinks about what to change into for the 4th time when going out to dinner. Well, nice floorplan, take care, you guys are awesome. 🙏

Good point on bedroom #3. As far as the shower goes, direct those showerheads toward each other. That may work. 😉
