Years ago, when childhood leukemia was nearly fatal, the Eagles and Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia teamed up raise awareness and funds to combat the disease. The campaign was so successful that it reduced mortality rates in children to nearly a cure.

My brother is on the spectrum, and he always wanted to play with other kids, which was unfortunately hard. Special needs sports teams and camps gave him friends and memories he still talks about at 28 years old. This is great to have in our communities! Hopefully we can provide these to adults with low functioning special needs also, it’s so needed!
I am on the spectrum and really appreciate these type of efforts because it is genuine. My first name is Jason and my little sister's first name is Kelsey.

I used to be a tutor. I tutored an illiterate boy named Andy, and it was my job to help Andy Reid.
No disrespect to these children. May Allah grant them great health and guidance. But we also need this much enthusiasm into our children who are on All cylinders as well.
